Zenful Retreat is an adult only, two-person sanctuary that focuses on positivity and mindfulness. The goal is to disconnect from societal norms and focus in on yourself, bonding within your relationship, and enjoying nature's scenery. With this one bedroom, one bath, and mountain views from the outdoor patio, you're sure to reset your life.

Inside the property, there is approximately 1000sqft of open concept living in this upper-level unit. One bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, designated dining area, and living room await you in your retreat. The TVs are equipped with ROKU, so just be sure to bring your sign-in information to enjoy. The 600sqft, back patio is a perfect place for catching up or soaking in the hot tub while enjoying the mountain views. On the property, you can also spend your night star gazing from the backyard.
The outdoors are calling! Don’t forget to bring your kayak, pontoon, or ATV/ side-by-side with you. The driveway ranges from 120ft L x 15ft W… so if it fits, it’s a hit! Norris Lake marinas are as close as 1.9 miles away (Indian River), 3.6 miles (Whitman Hollow), to 5.4 miles away (Shanghai). Along with a nearby beach-like setting and park for walking alongside the water with mountain views, what’s not to love?
ATV routes are also nearby. Ride Royal Blue is 8.1 miles away and the Cumberland Trails are 2.3 miles away. If you stay long enough or like exploring, I’m sure you’ll find other hidden gems that the area has to offer!

INDOOR LIVING: Open layout, TV w/ Roku (sign-in needed), Internet, linens & towels.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen, stove, coffee maker, cooking basics, and a dining table.
PARKING: Driveway provided for this unit has ample space for a boat or trailer.
After initial booking, you will receive a guest check-in and waiver form via SMS, which must be reviewed and signed. Shortly after submitting, you will receive property details and guest access information.

The neighborhood is a quiet, serene area with nature's ambiance encompassing the mountain. Each house on the block has about .75 acre of land. There is a man-made beach with a boat ramp and dock 5 minutes away. There is a small variety of chain and local shops nearby. Keep in mind, there is wildlife here in the mountains (please do not feed).
