The front desk person took forever to get off the phone, was not friendly and looked like we were a nuisance rather than a guest. thought this might be a fluke but happened to my husband later in the day and again to me when i checked out.

The property is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed here for Oktoberfest, the staff was very helpful in suggesting the best options to get to and from the fest, where to dine and places to visit outside the festival site.
