Villa Regina, is a beautiful ground floor house, with capacity for 6/7 pax, with garden and private pool, swimming pool with security gate for the little ones.



The house is located in a very quiet area of L´Escala, just 400m from the Riells beach, less than 5 minutes walk, it is ideal to go to the beach on foot without a car.



Description:Exterior: The house has a large outdoor space with an equipped terrace, in front and behind with a barbecue, to enjoy family vacations and summer meals in complete tranquility!
Living-dining room: table, chairs, sofa...
Kitchen: super well equipped ,independent with direct access to the back terrace.
Bathroom: complete with bathtub.
Washing machine: it is in a separate room.
Garage: you cannot park a car, but you can enter it inside the outer enclosure of the house or in front of it on the street.
In the pool area: it has a porch equipped with chairs and access to a bathroom with an additional shower, very practical before and after using the pool.
Maximum capacity: 7 people.
