I had a great overall experience staying at this hotel, which conveniently doubles as a mall. The staff went above and beyond by accommodating our luggage and even allowing us to check in early. A thoughtful touch was receiving a text the next day to check in on how our stay was going. It was a nice gesture to ensure everything was okay. Highly recommend!"
