Perfect location for Wawel Cathedral and Castle as well as Rynek Square. Literally 5 minute walk to either. Safe location and quiet at night. Buffet breakfast had lots of options and the staff was very friendly. I’d definitely recommend this hotel

Quick check in and excellent service from Wioletta. Clean, good size room and comfortable bed though pillow is too soft, not comfortable for neck. Good amenities. Bar section is relaxing and excellent service Walkable to city centre and train station

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a great location. We were approx 5min walk to the main square...it was simply a walk through the park. The staff were very helpful, even got ourselves a feee drink voucher to use at the bar. Also on the morning of our departure they had packed us a breakfast to takeaway as we had an early flight. Cannot fault this hotel at all. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic hotel- best one we stayed at in all of Europe on 3 week trip. Staff wonderful. Lobby/bar area great. Rooms very comfortable rooms. Only slight downside- no minibar or lobby concessions for drinks/snacks.

Krakoe Hotel in great locaion
Great location could walk into the old city in 10 mins. bed was comfortable and housekeeping excellent. Did not use their breakfast option was pricey but the had a coffeemaker in the room. Very good restaurant next door. Hotel is across from a park. Hotel had it's own undrgrond parking garage..for a fee.Would stay here again.
