Your family will say WOW! when they stay at "On The Beach", a beautiful semi-oceanfront home with all the OBX trimmings! Relax in the upper deck hot tub with an incredible ocean view. See and hear the surf, feel the breeze and watch the sunrise over the ocean with your coffee from the kitchen, living room or either of the two front decks.
Five large bedrooms will comfortably hold the biggest families or groups, and there is driveway parking for eight cars. The living room couches and chairs are comfortable, and upgraded marble kitchen counters and freshly painted cabinets sparkle. A cargo lift eases the transfer of bags and groceries to all floors.
It's only a short walk to the beach access (lifeguarded during the in season) or you can swim in your backyard private pool (10 x 20). The top-floor living room has a big, flat-screen HDTV with DISH and a Blu-ray player and is stocked with current videos, board games and a lending library of paperback books. Everyone will enjoy the mid-floor rec room with its own view of the ocean and flat-screen HDTV, PlayStation 3 and pool table.
"On The Beach" is located only minutes from golf, movies, shopping and right next door to the good food, wonderful island atmosphere and live music of the Rundown Café restaurant. Owners continue to improve an already fantastic vacation home. At Milepost 1 in Kitty Hawk, it’s the first vacation house on the Beach Road!
