The property is very dated and the carpet needs cleaning but the room itself was large and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. A little overpriced in my opinion. They serve breakfast which is a nice touch. Nothing to special but it served its purpose.

I booked two rooms. The rooms were clean. One room stains on carpet. One room very noisy neighbors one night I was there but the place was quiet. Breakfast is breads yogurt and cereal. Coffee. Young man at desk very nice. Location perfect for shopping and getting to York. Good price.

Check in was difficult - They expressed displeasure at having to check in someone who had reserved a room through a third party. There was no information about the area in the room, no hand soap. The room was very clean and presented well.

Very old and worn. Stains in carpet, ceiling, calking around tub. Hallway floor uneven. Good strong water pressure and hot water. Staff friendly. Bed was comfortable. Quiet.

It was a very nice room. We travel with a dog and their rules are very strict. You can't leave the dog alone while you go out to dinner. The exercise area for the dog is very small and you can't even walk the dog around the motel on the grass. We have stayed here more than 20 times over the last 30 years but each time that there are new owners the rules change.
