The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. This is an old Motel that has been remodeled so it's decent without extra frills. Stayed one night . Would stay again. Breakfast was typical low end hotel food. The desk clerk was very pleasant.

Inn is in Kittery, ME, but is very close to Portsmouth, NH. We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Coachman Inn and recommend it to others without reservation.

Near with main road, which is very convenient. Accessible parking, we parked right before our room door. But it wasn't clean enough in room, sheets with stains. Staff us very polite and helpful.

Great value hotel. Plenty of parking, easy to reach and within walking distance to trading post. Clean, updated, with refrigerator and microwave in room. Beds were fine. No issues and a decent breakfast.

so sorry to give this poor report. the front desk worker was very good. the location was good for the outlets. liked having outside and inside entrances. Now for the negative report. very dirty. clothes left in dresser, food in microwave, hole in wall where a picture had beem. bulbs burned out in bathroom. tube was dirty so dirty enough that we did not use shower/tub.there was a bandage over the peekhole in door.. clock was broke. There are rat traps right outside the outdoor entrances. I do not like giving reports but this was a must. we would not recommend staying, we will not stay there again. It could be a great place if the management would see to the cleaning people and do repairs.

rooms are very small and very dirty. smelled of cigarettes, like it can never be clean. there was poop on the bathroom wall. we did not stay, it was gross.

Simple place worth staying at
Place was nice. Quiet. Only there for the night. Didn't need much but a place to stay. Comfy bed. And place was right across from the outlets. I would definitely stay there again if needed

Don’t stay here…
The hotel was very old, outdated and dirty. There were disgusting stains on the cloth chairs and I wouldn’t sit in them if you paid me $1000. Everything about the hotel was cheap, even the plastic utensils bent over when you used them. Just awful.
