For handicapped people… the room we got that was accessible did not have rails for the toilet so I had to keep going downstairs to the lobby restroom…the hotel it’s self is always the best option for Alice texas

The rooms were comfortable. Beds comfortable. Staff helpful. Restaurant was good. Wish rooms had some kind od air purifiers as hotal rooms always seem to have a musty smell. I like a fresh smelling room.

Great Staff Service

The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean but did have a smell in the room as if the carpet needs to be replaced. We were hurricane Beryl refugees and enjoyed our stay.

The staff went out of there way to tell my family and I what is around to do as a family. Also in the morning, not only had breakfast but went out of the way to make a breakfast that didnt effect our allergies. They were absolutely amazing!
