The staff were friendly and amazing. The room, however, was old. The carpeting was yuk and the room needs updating. Probably wont stay there again for the price.

They put us in the wrong room - not the one I had actually booked so we had to go back downstairs to get moved to the suite I had booked. The hotel smelled bad, not very clean, missing and broken baseboards. We had to go back down to the front desk to ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa and they didn’t give us pillow so when we asked for them, it took 20 minutes for them to find pillows and the girl at the desk was very rude and took a call before she would wait on us, even though we were in line before the cal came in. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay and even came back the next evening and booked a room for another night's stay. Staff was wonderful and the amenities were really good. If in Alice, Texas again I will definitely book a room here again.

The Hotel was very clean. The staff was wonderful and they served breakfast from 6 to 10.It was really great as well. The only problem that we had was the beds were so uncomfortable.

Great experience overall. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was great as well. We even accidentally left a few clothes in the closet and the staff called us to let us know they had it for us at the front desk.

Overall, the property was OK. It was near fast food restaurants. The only bad thing I would say is when I walked in there was a dead Or dying cockroach in the middle of The hall entryway.
