Uncontroled heat

dirty floor cause of dirt gravel parking lot that got tracked into room, NO doormat. towels for one even thou 2 booked. But worst was ceiling heater coils that had no thermostat and the room got so hot we could not sleep. checked out after first night and would not refund 2nd night.

Tv with no sound room was cold no heat and all they could say is we don’t have another room or a remote control to give you paid 55.00 for night when sign outside said 35.00 it wasn’t even worth that and can’t get anyone at hotels.com to call me guess I have to go to discover to get a refund.

Heater didn't work had to switch rooms three times before I finally got one that did and even then it stopped working half way thru the night in winter no mind you I didn't have any towels never again

Desert rest stop

Clean, cheap place to stay. Wi-Fi wasn't working and staff was unable to fix it. One thin towel per person in the room. Water was plenty hot enough. Denny's next door.

Non smoking room still reeks of cigarette smoke. Killed two roaches on the wall. Shower pressure was good. Bed was comfortable. Tv worked good. Coffee in lobby was good. But because of the roaches and cigarette smell I will pick somewhere else next time.

Owners dont put a penny in it and its really showi

The owners have put nothing into it for a ling time. The either need to start fixing it back up or tear it down. I feel sorry for the people who work there. During the summer the pool seemed to be closed all the time. The ice machine has been broken forever. Shortage of towels. I used disinfectant to get rid of the smell in the room. The owners need to realize you cant use flat paint to paint the inside of a shower. You have great workers but your hotel is at the end of its rope. Fix it up or tear it down.
