Owners dont put a penny in it and its really showi
The owners have put nothing into it for a ling time. The either need to start fixing it back up or tear it down. I feel sorry for the people who work there. During the summer the pool seemed to be closed all the time. The ice machine has been broken forever. Shortage of towels. I used disinfectant to get rid of the smell in the room. The owners need to realize you cant use flat paint to paint the inside of a shower. You have great workers but your hotel is at the end of its rope. Fix it up or tear it down.

Ok third room now cause cant afford other motel n trying to give them the benifit of the doubt but this is unreal i habe asked when manger is goin to be here be up there still no answer i have ask for them to cone talk to me call me amything a response face to face fjrst room dysfunctional n bedbug moved room they did nothing ir evan say anything to me moved room second room no firdge ask request n microwave went to office said something the guy didnt say a word but sorry n still waitkng for manger to soeak to me either way me going into office calling or coming to my room nothing this mornjng i spoke to a very nice young lady workinv she did help me out with my app n assist me to a room with fridge n mircowave been in the room since noon today n was sitting on bed when i tiny tiny mouse witch is the second one seen one in first room didnt say a word it came from the room next door cause it ajooned rooms i called office n she said i woukd habe to speak to manger i cvevk in on the 19 n my stay is paid till tonorrow i habe been patient n try not to show my butt ... ut this is crazy unreal i cant believe manger has not got with me on this matter i really am trying to hokd my patient i understand a busy life but i know from experience how management goes i work for school board manger n a mobile home park it can be a bit much witch it why i habe held my kool but after tomorrow i am going to have to get very uoset with the owner on this matter i am from florida just moved her

I was excited sbout my stay till i walked into room n settle in then notice everything was unplug no towels at all no soap n chairs where on top of the table then got settledown after shower with my own towels i crawled into bed n i start to feel bout ten min later a bed bug i kill it n went straight to office where a man was working n i told him the issue n all he did is switch room my room i orginaly paid for had a fridge when checking in n the guy never said a word to me at all i evan ask him dont u clean my clothes or something like what if i get a bed bug in other room he never said n i know manger is in the am so i moved room n waititjg to morning

Dirty. Light fixture about to fall off ceiling. Exhaust fan not working. Phone not working. No trash can. No Kleenex. Dirty shower/tub and faucets. Dirty countertops. Dirty floor. No continental breakfast as listed in description. Bed sheets didn’t quite fit bed. Thread bare pillow cases. Check in clerk was not friendly at all.
