Your guests will feel at home as they pile on the sectional, cuddle by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace, or pop in a DVD to watch on the smart TV. Fuel up for a day of winter snow sports in the well-equipped kitchen, where you'll find a gas range, a dishwasher, and plentiful cabinet and counter space. Grab a quick morning bite at one of the two bar stools, or catch up with your friends and family over breakfast at the dining room table. And when the sun is out, or the leaves are changing, step outside on the comfortable back deck to take in the surrounding mountain and forest views.
Thanks to its marvelous location on one of the six peaks of Killington, this townhome is ideally suited for all lovers of the outdoors. In the summer, take a scenic hike along 30 miles of trails in Gifford Woods State Park, tee off on Killington's championship golf course, or admire the waterfall view on the nearby Thundering Brook Falls Trail. Come wintertime, spend your days practicing new tricks in the resort's six terrain parks, ascending Killington's peaks on 22 different chair lifts, or developing your skills on 73 miles of skiing and snowboarding trails. Nestled on the slopes of Sunrise, this bright and airy property is just steps from the beginner-level Sundog Trail. Glide easily down the mountain to reach the base of the Sunrise Village Triple Chairlift, or walk one mile along the road to try out the Bear Mountain and Skye Peak Express Quad Chairs.
Enjoy access to Falls Brook Commons, a private sports center facility at Sunrise Mountain Village. After an exciting day of hiking or skiing, relax and enjoy the indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, or steam room. The outdoor hot tub is available for use all year round. The Sports Center is closed for maintenance until Memorial Day weekend, 2023. However, there are three outdoor tennis courts, plus a firepit (by reservation only). All outdoor amenities are available.

Amenity availability is controlled by Sunrise, not Vacasa. As such, please visit Sunrise's website for details regarding amenities. Children under the age of 12 must be chaperoned by an adult for all activities.
Wood is provided for guest use.
This property does not have air-conditioning. It's quite rare to find air-conditioning in Vermont properties. Please utilize fans in the property and open windows for a breeze.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
