Serenity At the Beach- No better place to unwind

Centrally Located with Hammocks & Swings! We have tried to outfit our home with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time in the OBX!

You will have a hard time deciding if to lay in the hammocks under our shaded Captain's Quarters, play volleyball, watch the kids on the jungle gym, fire up some food on the charcoal/propane grill, dine outside or play chess/foosball inside.

And let's not forget the awesome tourist attractions!

**Minimum age requirement: 25

Besides just packing your bags and showing up...we thought you knowing that you could also walk/ run/ drive east 0.4mi to the beach or west 0.5mi to the sound is CRUCIAL information! Ha!

Other cool facts:

We recommend our space for easy-going families and/or extremely close friends. Ideal for 6 persons, but we accommodate 8 (additional costs) for groups that get along well with each other.

In the era of Covid-19, this home is also furnished with (2) office desks to allow for remote work and school!

We have furnished our home with all of the amenities that we love to enjoy and hope that you can feel right at home!

The home is equipped with 3 Ring Audio & Video Cameras in outside public areas that are active.

No smoking, parties, pets are allowed on premises.

If you are bringing young children, you may want to bring a stair gate and portable crib/playpen.

Usage of bicycles, grills, hammocks, swings, jungle gyms, volleyball, bodyboards, water guns are at your own risk and subject to availability.
