First time but not the last time.
Only stayed one night but absolutely would stay again. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Amenities were great - pools, hospitality suite, etc. didn't try the pool food but pool drinks were strong :) We were in the original tower. Bathroom a bit tight/small but everything was spotless. We did peak into the new tower and the rooms were very nice.

Pricey but convenient
Nice hotel that was convenient for our events. All the staff was wonderful and the shuttle took us to a luau at a nearby hotel. Only complaints are that the bathroom was very small and the pool should have had some waterfalls for the price of the rooms.

Beautiful property for couples and family. The new Kai Tower King room was spacious and beautiful. Great view. Right across from Kamaole Beach One. Live music nightly. Staff was friendly and super clean.

There were two options for pools, three options for hot tubs and a little kiddie pool. They had a live band every night from 6-9pm. It's a nice set up and we really enjoyed it as a family.

Great hotel and staff. Nice beach and snorkeling nearby. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Very nice pool and bar with plenty of room to sit and enjoy the sun and atmosphere. Live music in the evening was a bonus. The Cafe on site has awesome food and the best Frosted Cinnamon Rolls we ever had. Great experience and we will definitely be back! Mahalo and thanks
