Unit B207 is a deluxe, air conditioned* two bedroom two bathroom condo on the North West side of the property. It has a partial ocean view as shown below and is spacious and warm and has all the amenities you expect Condo B207 is tiled throughout which helps keep it cool in summer. This condo has tasteful decorations and plenty of space. The view of the courtyard, pool and ocean is lovely. See more of our Maui accommodations here at Luana Kai.
* The condo is located on the second floor. There are NO elevators, you would have to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

From Luanakai, you can see the Kaheawa Wind Power energy facility atop Ukumehame ridge to the West. The wind farm was built to supply over 10% of the islands electrical needs and in 2007 generated 125,000 megawatts, replacing 236,000 barrels of oil. The power is sold to the Maui Electric Company, MECO. Since MECO burns oil to provide electricity, windpower is a very welcome green addition to the islands power supply.

Would prefer to have the cost of air conditioning included in the cost of the stay opposed to paying for it afterwards. The property feels very much like a retirement area.

The floors were very dirty. They need a very serious steam cleaning or something similar. Every thing else was good. Nice that lots of laundry, dish and hand soaps were provided. Great views and great location.
