Koa Resort Unit 4i is a fantastic place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in a tropical paradise. This second-floor condo has stairs leading up to this renovated unit and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has split air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The condo comes equipped with modern amenities, including a full-size washer/dryer, dishwasher, large flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi.

When you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a large swimming pool with a hot tub, surrounded by lush lawns and gardens. The pool is heated during the winter months, so guests can still take a dip on cooler days. Additionally, for those who want to stay active, there are tennis courts available on the property. Great condo in a really nice complex with a fantastic pool. Not much in the way of complimentary toiletries or supplies but sufficient. Kitchen is well equipped. House will sleep 6 but not room in the living area for more than 3 adults to be comfortable.

This was a good resort in a good location. Overall a very nice site. Great pool. Easy, though a bit of a walk, access to beach. Great barbecue gathering space. We were close to good restaurants and fun drink places. Our unit was a little dated and clearly chose the cheapest options throughout. This might have been a little less obvious if we had not had friends staying in another unit that clearly chose every top of the line option. Their huge shower was probably more than necessary for a vacation spot but just illustrated how basic and out of date the features in our unit were. And please get some seating for adults in the living room! A small futon and two papasan chairs don’t cut it. But overall we really enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful Condo and Property
We had a great time here. The unit was so well decorated and everything seemed new and clean. Perfect to have an upstairs suite for aunty who was able to come on vacation with our family. The unit provided so many helpful items particularly a great wagon for walking across the street to the beach or getting things to and from the car. The Koa Resort property is so beautiful and my preschooler loved the pool.

The condo is well located, it’s exactly like the pictures and the resort pool is nice at end the day. If it’s your first time in Maui, it’s a good central location to access different beaches and also not too far from the large stores (Costco, Walmart…) If I go back, I will pick that place again.

Great accommodation
Great property just as described. Kitchen is well stocked for the occasion meals at home (can’t come to Hawaii and not enjoy the local food offerings when out and about). This location makes it easy to go to the beaches south and north without a ton of driving. Trade winds were rough in the afternoon this time of year but the beaches up near Lahaina were a little more calm. Enjoyed our stay here with 4 adults and 2 children.

The pictures portrayed the inside, just as expected. It was very comfortable for me, my husband, and our kids (and spouses). We had a baby with us as well, and the main floor 'master' bedroom had plenty of room for a playpen in the corner. The location is great, very central. We enjoyed ourselves!

Cute Place, Some Upkeep Needed
We rented this property based on layout because it was far more updated than comparable units. Upon arrival, the smoke detector was disconnected and then another one went off after the first was fixed. The property was clean and comfortable but over the week we noticed the following: - Freezer door handle falls off - Guest bedroom TV was hung but nowhere near any electricity? Same with the kids’ bedroom lamp. Cute for display but no power within reach of cords. Odd. - No beach chairs despite asking directly. You will need to rent for the week. - Deck rail was broken and rusted out. Major concern with small children. Overall, this property is very cute and was nicely updated. We appreciated having beach toys and a wagon, beach towels, and a washer/dryer on site (washer seal is moldy + dryer lint trap missing a screw and floppy). AC and fans throughout was a HUGE plus. Pool and hot tub are very nice and easily accessible. Minor things to fix and hopefully the owner will take note and have the property completely ready for future guests. It just seemed like some items were half done and not well thought out. I.e. don’t hang a TV on the wall but not provide power to it? If you’re not ready to hang a TV, hang art instead. This is a family unit and kids go to bed early so that’s the only reason why a TV would’ve been nice to have. **review coming from someone who owns a vacation rental and travels often.

Nice clean, newly renovated, great location!
Overall I would rate this as 4 stars. The only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 star was because we had some communication issues with the property manager Sherry in the beginning and we also had some issues with the keypad throughout the trip. We were never notified about Sherry being OOO so it became a little frustrating not getting a response right away at times where we needed quick responses (especially when we would have trouble getting into the unit due to the keypad glitching issues). However once we squared away that our new main point of contact was Cristina, it became pretty quick and painless. Cristina was very helpful and responsive. She made sure to answer any questions I had and also made sure to send a maintenance person at the end of our stay for the keypad issues. Aside from that, the place was nice, clean and newly renovated! The beds were also very comfortable. The TV’s come with all of your average streaming apps that you can simply log into. The unit unfortunately does not have beach chairs but there are places all over Maui that you can rent them for the day. It also came with more than enough towels (beach towels included) as well as sand castle toys/ beach wagon for the kids and even cornhole! The lanai was a huge plus as well. Very spacious and a great place to hang out and have a drink with company. It was a great location (less than 20 min from Big Beach (Makena State Park), 18min from OGG Airport, and 30-40 minutes from Lahaina area. Overall it was a pleasant and most importantly clean experience. I would definitely recommend this property & stay here again in the future!

Great for families
We stayed here for 4 days with our family of 6. We arrived after dark so it was difficult to locate our unit as this is a complex of 5 large complexes in one area. There is no light at night so you’ll need a flashlight to locate your complex. The manager did answer the phone to help us when we arrived. After that everything else was fabulous. It has 3 bedrooms and is a renovated place. The complex is old but they did a great job on this renovation. It has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, balcony, a loft and 2 king beds and 2 twin beds. Was nice to have a fridge/freezer and microwave. Large parking lot is convenient. The location is right a 25 min drive from the airport, 20 min drive to Big Beach and 35 mins to Kanapalli. So it was nice and central.
