This spacious beachfront condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath corner unit on the 2nd floor of the 10th (southside) building. The additional large window on the south side provides extra light and views of tropical greenery. Ocean views from the living area and master bedroom are breathtaking. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. King bed in master & twins in 2nd bedroom allows for 4 guests. In-unit Washer /Dryer! There is central A/C. This condo is cool looking and feeling with tile flooring throughout. Prep meals in the full kitchen and enjoy watching the outriggers launch. Or use the property’s gas grills and chat it up with fellow guests; locals call that talking story, a simple aloha kind of thing that enhances every vacation. Flat-screen TVs with complimentary cable, WiFi, local phone; central AC, and ceiling fans. The in-unit washer/dryer is super convenient as is the free parking for 1 vehicle per unit. The resort itself is a real gem. Nestled into a quiet and safe community, the vibe here is one of low-key locals that lets you know you are in an authentic place, not some theme resort. Centrally located in North Kihei, Kihei Beach Resort is a favorite of return travelers. From here you can venture forth with low commute times (15-45 minutes) to enjoy most of the awesome adventures and attractions Maui has to offer. Two long & winding roads - one to the summit of Haleakala & the other through the rainforest heading to eastside Hana. These are longer treks to places remote, but places not to be missed if one can help it. On days you want to stay close to base, stroll the (almost empty) 3 mile stretch of white-sand shoreline north to Ma’alaea. The resort’s 1.3-acre grounds tempt you to stay and relax by the pool, sunbathe on the beach or claim a lounge chair under a palm tree and read a book. From the grounds & pool you have panoramic, and majestic coastline views that extend south to the Makena cinder cone, sweep out across the water past Molokini Crater, neighbor islands Kahoolawe, Lanai and north to Maalaea Bay with its backdrop of stark white windmills marching up the sharp ridges of the West Maui Mountains. During high season (Dec-April) humpback whales (mamas, babies, and guardian males) find shelter in Maalaea Bay; the sight of them breaching is always thrilling. All year round you will savor spectacular sunrises and sunsets by day, and star-studded skies and silvery moonbeams glittering on the Pacific by night. It’s fun that Kihei Canoe Club is next door to the resort. Watching the canoes during practices or races is a cool diversion few resorts can offer. On Tuesdays & Thursdays the club offers visitors an opportunity to paddle out with them ($40 donation) so worth it! Across the street is a quaint collection of local treasures: a farmer’s market featuring local fruits & veggies, Ululani's Shave Ice Store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop & an ABC convenience store. You will find yourself there more often than you think, it’s one of those spots! And just down the road a bit toward Kihei, you will notice a most charming church painted 'plantation green' with white trim & exuding the Aloha spirit. Keolahou Hawaiian Congregational Church holds services in English & Hawaiian on Sunday mornings - open to all. Great Stay!
We love this building and have stayed in several different units. The layout is excellent. The unit was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. I would absolutely rent this condo again. You’ll love the convenience of the market and bakery across the street. This is truly a wonderful rental!

Lovely spot
This is a great condo, and we enjoyed our stay. The farmers market, bakery, shave ice, and bakery across the street were wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed listening to the waves on the lanai. The palm tree in front of the lanai blocks the view a bit, and could really use a good trim. Our only other complaint is that the lanai sliding door doesn’t close properly, which wasn’t an issue for the majority of the time, but there was a TERRIBLE storm the first day, and the living room not only got wet, the wind whistled through the door and drove us nuts. This really needs to be fixed. Otherwise, we had a great stay. I will also note, as a parent of little kids, the pool was pretty cold, and you have to walk through the parking lot to get to the pool and beach. All in all, this was a great condo, and we’d happily come back.

Perfect location and Lovely condo
Spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed to accommodate as our home away from home. As other's already mentioned, twin beds were a bit too firm for my 76yo Mom, but that is truly the only negative. Beautiful unit, and beautiful view with sunsets worthy of applause. Would definitely stay here again!
