To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Nice place to stay
The only issue I had was the master bath shower. Water spashed all over the floor due to the glass wall not being wide enough. Most of the towels smelled like a sour sponge after first use. The towels smelled clean till you dried yourself off. I did find a couple that smelled ok. Good thing they supplied us with more than 2 of each, hand, face bath.

I have rented condos at the Kamole Sands for years and this is one of the nicest ones I have stayed in! Beautifully decorated and everything you need for your stay, right down to chairs, umbrella, and boogie board. The location is awesome with a beautiful view of the grounds and close to the pool and the beach. The end unit is also a plus with the extra window in the living room. We will definitely try to stay here again! Thank you!

Great Location
What we like most about this property was its location. Walking to distance to restaurants, groceries, and shops. Also a short walk across the street to a great beach. The condo was also great, furnished well and stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The owners checked all the boxes with this place.

Kamaole Sands Vacation Stay
We enjoyed our stay in the Kamaole Sands condo. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants and other activities. The only complaint we would have is the noise from the BBQ area just below the condo - from 5pm to about 9pm.

Ideal Maui Stay
This property is perfectly situated - right across from one of the nicest beaches on the island (a 4 minute walk from the condo). It's also a short walk from the grocery store, numerous restaurants, and shopping. The suite was nicely appointed, with a large kitchen, decent sized bedroom (with it's own AC), living area, and a fantastic walk-out Lanai directly adjacent to the bbq area. The grounds of the development were well maintained, as was the pool/hot tub area. We would happily stay here again.
