Run down with at least one poor cleaner.
Cleaner gave aggressive looks at me because I found an old shoe under the bed,and some old bands I find it unnecessarily unpleasant for someone that should have cleaned a room and they didn't do it properly

Absolutely perfect !
Grrat apot. Dont let the outside look fool you. They are totally removayed, the team looks after all of your wishes. They tey and be a safe, quiet couples resort. No loud music or parties going on. Nice reef dock atra if you have a boat as well. Gtrat spot. Fully recommend

Checked in after closing using procedure provided by office with no problems. Room clean and comfortable. Only spent a single night in transit, but would have been an enjoyable relaxing stay if we had been able to stay longer

Our room at Rock Reef was very nice. It had been remodeled and was very clean! The fridge in the room was alittle bigger than most and had a great freezer. The pool area looked newer too. Very kind and friendly at the front desk! They had kayaks to use for free. Wished we could have taken them out for 2 hours instead of only a hour at a time. Would stay again! Thanks for the hospitality

The property was very nice. The pool was heated to 80 so that was good. Our room was close to the main road so a little noisy. Staff was very friendly. Great place for a sunset. We would stay there again.

The staff of this lovely little property is OUTSTANDING! There are lovely murals painted around the property. The staff answered questions about the area, and everything was neat and tidy. This is not a luxury location; this is a clean, fun, happy place. I would absolutely go back here to stay. We stayed as a couple but there were families on the property as well and I heard from them that they loved every moment of their stay as well.

This was a fantastic stay! Room exceeded our expectations what a fabulous place to stay wait till you see these rooms!!! Jerry hoed us at the desk and was so welcoming! Staff was friendly and helpful. Ed was quite the character telling us about the island! We loved this place ! See you next year!!!

cost was excellent which is value in itself. the lights would dim and return constantly beyond just being very low light to begin with. We never could get warm water so took cold cleanups. Bed was quite saggy even more noticeable to large men. all things considered for the price it was ok.

Rock Reef Resort was a sweet find, friendly staff, clean rooms and lovely grounds. Pool, hammocks, access to fabulous views of bay including sunsets. Highly recommend this hotel.
