EXTRA GUEST FEES
Extra nightly fees/ per person of $50-$200 night + 12.5 % Tax
If Renter is found to have unauthorized persons/guests/visitors/day guests, there may be fees & FINE up to $5000, fine is at sole discretion of Owner OR I have the right to EVICT any/all Renters for violating House Rules with NO refunds, partial refunds or compensation for any or all nights NOT used
I have right to file & take any & all legal actions to recoup any fees & fines or removal of Violators!
