This lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is located in the highly desirable area of Key Colony Beach.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Great family vacation home
The property exceeded expectations. Quality of the home, interiors and furnishings were amazing. The pool area was so comfortable for a group of 8, we spent most of our time outside. Everyone had their own space within the home with the downstairs area and the divided upstairs floor plan. The kitchen and cooking materials (knives, pots and pans, accessories) were wonderful and quality was top knit h for a family that loves to cook. Highly recommend this quiet community for your family stay. Also, location in the canal was quick and easy for fishing access and getting out to the deeper water quickly (gas right at the end of the canal).

Great Fishing Home
This is a great home base for fishing in the marathon area. They have a high output ice machine and bait freezer down on the same level as the dock. There is plenty of room for 3 couples (one could have a couple kids) and each would have their own spade along with a huge community room that extends from the kitchen in the back to the windows overlooking the pool. The pool was not heated when we were here in July and it was warm but still refreshing. Great pool it like rest of the house was recently remodeled and the finishes are excellent. I was impressed many times during our stay. The kitchen is well outfitted and the blender is also amazing - like so many other items in the kitchen. I was also impressed with the private feel of the pool area. Geat home!
