Only 10 minutes from Algoma, and just 25 minutes up Highway 42 to Door County!
While this listing is newer, we are not new to the hospitality world. OTB Properties currently owns and operates a successful Short Term Rental near Lambeau Field, in Green Bay, WI. When you arrive, you will enter through the garage door, using a 4-digit code which will be provided to you 24-48 hours in advance of your arrival.
*** Main floor: ***

You will be entering the home through the garage, which will lead you into the mud room. This area also houses a new washer and dryer, which are available for guest use. Laundry items are located in the cabinet above the units. From here, you will enter the kitchen area of the home.


The kitchen is completely updated. Brand new cabinets, huge island, countertops, and appliances ( second refrigerator located in Garage). Coffee & tea station is setup for your convenience. The island can seat 4 comfortably. This area is also very well stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, utensils and glasses. The patio door to access the deck and pool are also located here.


The living room boasts large windows, with views of the pool, and Lake Michigan! A 65” Roku Smart TV with Sonos, above the gas fireplace is waiting for you when you need to kick back and relax. We also have several board games, cribbage board, cards etc located in living room cabinets.


The main entrance foyer has enough space to set your belongings down and get your bearings. To the left is the dining room, with room for 6 to eat and expandable to 8. Down the right hallway, you will pass by the only bedroom on the main level, as well as the half bath, and living room area.

The bedroom on the main floor is equipped with a queen bed, luxury bedding, room darkening blinds, and closet with hangers. Other amenities include ceiling fan and nightstand.

*** Upstairs: ***

The master bedroom is located upstairs and is furnished with a Tempurpedic Breeze Hybrid Cali King mattress, luxury bedding, room darkening blinds, Roku Smart TV, and a large walk-in closet with full size mirror. Other amenities include ceiling fan, nightstands with USB charging dock.

Master bathroom is completely brand new, and boasts a free standing soaking tub, walk in tile shower, vanity with dual sinks, and tile floors! Furnished with new ultra-soft cotton bath towels of all sizes and other bathroom necessities.

Upstairs bedroom #1 is furnished with a bunk bed (full and twin), luxury bedding, room darkening blinds, and a closet. There is enough room in here to setup a Pack-N-Play for the littles. Other amenities include Roku TV, ceiling fan, bean bags, and enough space to play!

Upstairs bedroom #2 is furnished with a queen bed, luxury bedding, room darkening blinds, and a closet. Other amenities include ceiling fan, nightstands with USB charging dock and full-length mirror.

Upstairs bedroom #3 is also furnished with a queen bed, luxury bedding, room darkening blinds, and a closet. Other amenities include ceiling fan, nightstands with USB charging dock and full-length mirror.

Upstairs full bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower. Use the oversized shower head, or the multi-spray hand held shower wand – your choice! Newer vanity, toilet and hardware throughout the entire bathroom.. Also furnished with new ultra-soft cotton bath towels of all sizes and other bathroom necessities.

Additional bedding available: there are 2 high end Air Beds, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed. Both King Koil mattresses have built-in air pumps. All linens and pillows for these beds are located in the upstairs hallway closet. We also have 1 Pack N Play available on-site that can be moved to any room.

*** Outside: ***

A huge composite deck leads you to a large in-ground heated pool! Outdoor furniture includes; a bar height, round propane firepit with seating for 6, rectangular dining table with seating for 6, 8 chaise loungers, 4 stationary chairs, and 6 small tables. We also have a new Weber propane grill, and several pool toys and floating devices to have a great time!

The goal is to have the pool opened up by the middle of May, and closed in the middle of October, weather permitting for both. Please send us a message if you’re booking dates are planned near these time frames to see if we have more information.

A H U G E yard leads you to the Bluffs of Lake Michigan. Take a break and take in the views! There are always large boats out in the distance, as well as quite a bit of action that is easily viewable of the Kewaunee Marina!

There is a large metal firepit located near the edge of the property on a paver patio. We do provide wood, as well as fire starters and collapsible chairs for guest use.

Outside/Yard games include: Adjustable basketball hoop, Cornhole, Farkle/Yardzee, Disc Golf (portable basket), and Spikeball. We also have footballs, basketballs, and frisbees in the garage for guest use.

*** Nearby public parks, beaches, and event centers! ***

- Father Marquette Park, located .5 miles from the property. This is the closest park and is walkable. Very light, if any traffic on the road there. There is a playground, sand beach, and pavilion with outdoor seating and restrooms

- Harbor Point Park, located .6 miles from the property. This park gets you close to the Marina. Enjoy open areas, as well as a Board Walk.

- Selner Park – located 1.5 miles from the property. We would suggest driving to this property. This park provides the largest sand beach frontage, as well as public restrooms and pavilion.

- Lakehaven Hall– located 1.5 miles from the property. We would suggest driving to this property. Lakehaven is a non-profit community event center. Community and culture focused, Lakehaven is committed to bringing cultural exhibitions, workshops, and performances that both explore our traditions and history. Aimed at supporting local charities, special support organizations, and individuals, Lakehaven offers a wide range of cultural and fundraising events in which we invite all to participate.

The Kewaunee Area Chamber of Commerce is able to hook you up during your stay with transportation to and from all home Green Bay Packers games at Lambeau Field.

Pickup & Drop-off Locations near 704 Lakeshore Dr:

Coho Motel & Suites (.3 miles from property), 705 Main Street, Kewaunee (Pickup: Approximately 3-hours and 45-minutes prior to kick-off).

Harbor Lights Lodge (1.1 miles from property), 211 Milwaukee Street, Kewaunee (Pickup: Approximately 3-hours and 45-minutes prior to kick-off).

Leaving Lambeau Field:
The bus will leave promptly 1-hour after the end of the game from the Moose Lodge, 846 Morris Avenue, Green Bay, a few blocks south of Lambeau Field.

The price is $25 for round-trip transportation per person.
