This 2 bedroom +loft/ 2 bathroom tri-level condo is located just blocks from downtown Ketchum. The condo offers 1312 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the first level, you will find the primary bedroom. This room has a king bed, 31 inch TV, and access to a full-size bathroom. On the middle level is the living area with a 60-inch flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan. This room has high ceilings which brings great light into the room with Mt. Views. The open kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The dining table seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen countertop. There is access to a small deck off the dining area which offers Mt views, a gas grill, a small table with two chairs, and an umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen. The condo has two large portable air conditioning units, one in the dining room and one in the upstairs bedroom.

On the third level is the loft area and the second bedroom. The bedroom has a Queen bed, Mt views, a walk-in closet, and a full-size bath. The loft offers a Queen bed and has access to either one of the bathrooms in the condo.

This unit does allow one dog for an additional charge of 35.00 per day.

This condo has a one-car garage for a compact car. If your car does not fit in the garage or if you have more than one car, there is a paid parking lot or street parking (summer only) about a block away.

Used a home base for conference
My company has a conference to attend every August in Ketchum, and we used to spend a lot of money on hotel rooms for everyone. This was more economical, and offered more amenities than any hotel in the area could. It also allowed us to be close to everything being right downtown. We will definitely be booking again if available next year!

Wedding week
We enjoyed out stay. There are a lot of stairs so probably not good for young children. The location is great and easy walk to all of Ketchum downtown. We did a load of laundry before leaving, but found the dryer did not work, so notified the manager. TV stations are very limited as well. Overall perfect for our needs.

Great location!
Cute condo within walking distance of everything in Ketchum Idaho. Well stocked property and very comfortable with two A/c units for the summer months. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the downstairs bedroom hears every squeak and toilet flush from above which was kinda loud. Overall we loved the place though!

No frills, but great downtown location
This a very basic condo. It's pretty dated overall but it functions well and has everything you need. Our main complaints would be (1) the bed in the downstairs bedroom has a whole in the middle that makes it really hard for 2 people to sleep in (they slope to the middle!) and (2) the unit doesn't have central air conditioning and the window-connected A/C units don't end up cooling the whole condo consistently. The A/C is really only an issue in the hottest part of summer, which just happened to be when we visited in July. Other than that, the unit was great, well located within walking distance to downtown Ketchum shops and restaurants, and met all of our needs.

Great location
Great location and good experience. We were able to walk everywhere. Air conditioners are rather loud and bulky, not shown in photos. In the winter, this would not be a problem at all. Overall a great stay in a fabulous town!
