We stayed at he "New York" location, just on the other side of Creek Street. We loved this part of The Inn, it was really close to everything, cute rooms in a century old hotel. The best part was all the folks working there. Sara picked us up at the ferry and was so nice and helpful. Austin was equally wonderful. A lovely view of the horbour (when not blocked by a cruise ship). Such a wonderful experience!

Great location. Well kept vintage buildings. Was difficult to contact hotel staff is my biggest complaint. The front desk is frequently not staffed, so difficult to check in and out. Room was never cleaned, serviced while we were there. Street parking was easy, convenient.

Pleasant stay at the inn

Service and hotel rooms were excellent.The antique mode and creek setting made this a unique stay. Particular cudos to the hotel shuttle driver who was so friendly and prompt in picking us up at the ferry station, and dropping us off the next day.

Oasis of comfort

We had a full day of airport delays. Arrived late. Room and staff were fabulous. Wish we had more time. Really appreciated the quick shuttle from the ferry. Made us want to come back to explore more. Highly recommend!!!!

The location of the property is gold! You can’t get any closer to creek st than here. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure their guests have an enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is old as any other in Ketchikan to preserve its authenticity and keep its original form. All in all, it’s a nice old hotel in the heart of Ketchikan.

Great stay!

Clean and comfortable room near everything in downtown Ketchikan. Great recommendations for nearby food and drink spots and the room even had a cool little book nook.

Great place to stay. Cool boardwalk over the creek and you can follow it on a nice walk following the creek to a hatchery and then loop back down.

If I could send you a picture of the room we were in along with the one I saw on the web site you would know why I gave such poor ratings! If only I could send a picture showing how bad our room was ! Don’t stay there!
