Absolutely filthy room with a “needle” found near the garbage. Multiple power strips were used in the room for permanent usage and against fire code. Refrigerator was “buzzing” so loud it woke me up during the night. Had to unplug it and found the side was very warm to the touch. More than unsavory types of individual hanging around the premises. Didn’t have high expectations going into it but was blown away how terrible it was. I’ll never go back.

I have been staying at this Red lion for many years this may be the last time. On check in went through three room, first one dirty and clogged toilet, second room A/C not working, took the third room but later found bathtub drain clogger. We had booked room for eleven days, the room was only serviced four times had to get clean towels from front desk five times. Repeatedly ask for room service and someone to work on bathtub drain. Breakfast was a joke.

Property seems to be getting back on its feet following the pandemic. More services are being offered this year over last year. There are still a few physical plant fixes needed, but the staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast they offer is really good - and includes a waffle bar! Can't beat the convenient location next to Tam O'Shanter Park!

It is an older hotel which is fine but you could hear everything from our neighbors. But i went to the bar and could not find any staff. I also believe i left with bed bug bites. I almost had to call 911 because of a couple of people fighting outside my room at 430 in the morning.

The 2 people working at the front desk were extremely rude to my husband. He tried to buy a Red Bull from the cooler and the two people both just kept ignoring him till he finally said something. Then they hesitantly and as slowly as possible ran his card and then handed it back to him and didn’t say a word. Also, the area is full of homeless and addicts. In the morning the police had a car torn apart searching it right next to hours and another officer had the people by the main lobby questioning them. Every time we came outside there were homeless people outside hanging around. The last 2 times I have stayed at a red lion it’s been an awful experience. Will not be making that mistake again.

Nice size room. Thankful for 2 chairs in the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Decor could use some updating, but overall it was very nice. The hallway to the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Property was near a lot of places but the rooms smelt like smoke and the bathroom curtains were all dirty at the bottom. It’s a nice place just the rooms weren’t the best

Absolutely nothing like the pictures. Cops were called while i was waiting an hour to check in. Someone was overdosed in one room and another woman was arrested in another. The room had more stains then i could count. There was moldy food on the floors. The carpets were discussting. Small black hairs all over the bathroom. The lights didnt work properly. The pool was green. Blood on the carpets. Screens hanging off the windows, a child could have easily fell out. The security doors didnt close, so there was no way to keep the bumbs out that were loitering in the parking lot. We checked out less then 10 minutes after we got to our room.
