Clean rooms, comfy beds. Shopping/restaurants in walking distance. Shuttle was convenient for travel to and from airport. Kids were disappointed the water slide was closed but pool and hot tub were still enjoyable!

Absolutely excellent customer service. We had just arrived from Mexico with a screaming two-year-old and without batting an eye, the wonderful woman at the front desk happily upgraded us to a king size room so that we could have more space and go upstairs and go straight to bed after a very, very long day and long flight. If travelling out of Kelowna again, we will happily stay at this hotel purely because of her. The room itself was excellent, very clean and very comfortable.
