We had a great time at M social hotel for a family vacation. The location is great with easy access to restaurants, shopping and lots of tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here during the first week of December. I have nothing but great reviews from the staff, the cleanliness & all the beautiful Christmas decor. The views from the balcony into Times Square were stunning. I also want to mention everything was walking distance from the hotel. Would most definitely stay here again!

Amazing location in relation to activities and places. The elevators are a problem that needs to be addressed. Other than that its an awesome place to stay.

Really can’t get a better location, but the elevator issues are a real problem. If you were trying to come down the elevator between 9 AM and 11 AM, it’s pointless. We ended up having to have a staff member bring us down the staff elevator because we stood there for 30 minutes on two separate days and no elevator ever arrived.

M Social willl be our go to in NYC from now on
The hotel looked exactly like the pictures on line. Extremely clean and quite. Perfect location to highlights of NYC. We had a Times Square view from our room. Did not like that the first 2 nights there, the entire bar was rented out for parties. Recommend weekday stay though. We paid $2500+ for Thursday - Sunday (Christmas season though). The day we left the rate was less than $400/night. Overall, great place to stay. I will definitely stay there our next trip.

We were not disappointed. The rooms are expensive, but so is efeyrbjnf else in this area. It’s a 7-10 min walk to Rockefeller. Super convenient and located near lots of restaurants and things to do. We got a room with a view of the Hudson. It was stunning. The room was clean and bigger than I thought it would be being that NYC is known for its tiny, cramped spaces. The staff was really nice. I got to check in a little early. I had originally tried to check in too early and the gentleman that ended up checking me in remembered my name. I like that you can store your bags there for free while you see the city (immediately before or after your stay). All in all, I’d stay here again if I found myself in the area.

The location of the property was amazing! We could see time square from our window, room 1502. The issue was the room was not very clean. The box spring cover looked like someone peed all over it, had a huge stain. There was hair in the shower and on the restroom floor too. For the price of this room, I would expect better. We did have an elevator that went down leaving only 1 elevator to get from the street level to the lobby. They did find a work around and opened an employee elevator and they were escorting people back and forth so that was helpful. All the workers were nice and helpful! All in all, I probably would not stay here again due to the cleanliness vs cost. If I am paying this much for a room it needs to be clean!

What I did not like is that we could not get a cart for our luggage either coming in or leaving each time we ask the answer was no which is absurd when you’re you got multiple bags first time ever I’ve been to a hotel that denied us use the luggage cart
