I reserved 2 rooms to accommodate my daughter and 4 grandchildren. We were met by a very welcoming staff who gave me adjoining rooms. The rooms provided enough individual spots for building Lego’s and playing with dinosaurs and even space for the youngest to safely run between the rooms. The heated pool was the highlight of our weekend; it was secure, well lit and a place where we all had the most family time fun.

Clean room. Nice staff. Stayed over Christmas and it was slow. It snowed during our stay and the sidewalks and parking area was cleared quickly on several occasions.

I requested and reserved an accessible with a walk in shower. When I entered the room, I found the bathroom had a tub. I was so tired from my trip I didn't even go back to the desk to request another room. When I addressed the issue next day with the desk rep, they didn't acknowledge that a accessible room was reserved even though it was. I had the confirmation on my phone. Very poor.

Overall the room was decent as was the location of the hotel. Upon check in the desk lady was very nice and efficient unfortunately though it seems she was alone. When using the toilet for the 1st time it was clogged from a previous guest. It didnt look like anything was amiss but the desk staff had to personally bring up a plunger for us to fix the issue ourselves. When going to plug in a charger in 1 of the outlets next to the bed the entire faceplate fell off. In the shower, the corners has what looked to a pink mold and the shelving unit was cracked. The lotion dispenser by the sink fell out of the wall when attempting to use and it looks like it had been glued up there previously. Water pressure was great though we had to totally max out the handle for hot water and even then it wasnt really hot. Needless to say neither of us enjoy cold to lukewarm showers. I had debated a 2 star rating because for what this room cost and the issues we encountered we feel we didnt get proper value for our money.

Yes the room was spotless. The towels could have been newer and larger and softer. We were not impressed with the breakfast even though there was a variety of options. And we understand the issue with cooking for many and not knowing the favorite choice, but the eggs, and quiche, and sausages were just lukewarm and not particularly appetizing. For the money that it cost for 2 nights, we'll try another place next year.

It was convenient to major road ways. But, we did not like it for .. the trash in the hallway trashcans were over flowing and was sitting there for 2 days. And the furniture in our room was terribly stained. It was not worth the money we spent. Your front desk was nice and did their job great!
