Good overall experience. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and had good amenities with large TV with HBo and cable, small fridge, microwave iron and ironing board and a very comfortable bed The pool is small but nice with towels and seating with tables chairs and lounges. All within a hotel courtyard. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes. Oatmeal. Fruit, pastries, English muffins, and juice and coffee. The location is adjacent to major highways so access to downtown is fast and easy and there are decent restaurants and stores within blocks Overall a good experience and I would go back.

Reserved 3 rms, nowhere did is tell us they only cover 2 guest for breakfast per room, everyone must pay16.95 per person. It was less than average breakfast with poor service. This is the same breakfast they have offered in the past, only no drinks. Due to 2 banquet rooms being rented by an outside party, all the parking was taken leaving us to park in the back of the building when we returned early evening on day 3 of our stay. Addressed this with front desk, none they could do about the parking. Would not recommend IHG if this is their customer service practice.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Complimentary water bottles in the room was a nice touch. Pool area was closed for repairs but that wasn’t disclosed when I booked so I had a very disappointed family. No complimentary breakfast either. Checkout was smooth.

Property was fairly recently renovated, I believe. The rooms were nice, everything was clean. There was ample space in the lobby to sit and relax, tables with comfy chairs and other comfy furniture to spend some quiet time outside the room. The ice machine worked fine, the bathroom was up to date. Wish it had been a smart TV, but that wasn't a huge deal. It was very conveniently located as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

Room is great. A/C is ice cold; lobby is great for hanging out. Housekeeping is less than adequate and requests for anything you need from housekeeping falls on deaf ears
