Great stay

Great location for ball park attendees. Stayed for a softball tournament and had zero issues. Room was very quiet and roomier than most.

Room was great, clean & spacious! The light above the sink was very dim. Had to rely on main room light to see. Only suggestion, for the room size you need a bigger TV than a 40 inch.

We had to help a family member move to the KC area so we were very tired upon returning to the hotel each day. Our beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. Just what we needed!

It was close to where we needed to be and the kitchen was nice to have for 7 days on the road, the staff was helpful and friendly.

Very nice, clean rooms. We came for granddaughter's softball game so it was within walking distance. We didn't know the area so a complimentary breakfast would have been nice, but there was a pantry to choose from and the rooms had a full kitchen so it worked out. There also is no pool if you're looking for that.

Could be better.

This hotel has a wonderful location I stayed here for 5 days in total. Each unit is well equipped and has a nice apartment feel to it. The few downsides were mostly service oriented. There was rarely a front desk associate behind the counter and when they were they were very dismissive. My room was dirty and the water was shut off for an entire day. Overall it’s not a bad place to stay they just need to step up their service.

Didn't get the rooms that we booked. Pull out couches the mattresses where horrible. And wasn't given a discount for having the wrong rooms just a refund of the correct rate.

Our Go-to Place in Overland Park

This is our 3rd time here. Love the large suites, the deal space for eating and working and the small kitchen. As usual, everything was great. We will stay here again
