This beautiful, ground level, two-story townhome feels like a private home as you enter the gated courtyard and approach the elegant etched glass double doors. Peace and tranquility envelope you as there are many spaces to relax or socialize with your loved ones. The spacious living room opens onto a tiled terrace (lanai) where you can lounge and soak up the lush greenery of the beautiful tropical gardens. An open floor plan incorporates living, dining and cooking areas. Sliding glass doors open from the living and dining areas bringing the outdoors in. You can choose to dine indoors or al fresco in the fresh, fragrant air. The well-appointed and spacious kitchen is furnished with all your cooking needs, and easily serves the breakfast bar. A well-planned powder room and laundry room is situated on the ground floor near the base of the staircase leading up to the bedrooms. A bunk bed nook on the second floor landing, makes this a fun place for kids too!

The two upstairs bedrooms feel like two primary with their own private balconies, spacious ensuite bathrooms with soaking tubs, enclosed glass and tiled showers, dual vanities and separate water closet. Plenty of space here to primp and pamper. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors opening onto their own lanais where you can relax and listen to the palm trees sway and birds sing in the warm tropical air. Sliding wooden shutter doors darken the bedrooms, allowing you to indulge in luxury. lazy mornings. After all, what are vacations for! There is ample parking inside the garage and out in front in the driveway. Additional covered parking is by the pool entrance.

Just steps away is the stunning free-form swimming pool with waterfall, jacuzzi, and dining area, along with plenty of space to lounge in the shade or soak up the sun.

Great place for adults.
We really enjoyed the prompt communication of managing company. They were very helpful and sent lots of communications with important information. The space was lovely and spacious with everything you needed for cooking and enjoying the beach. If you have noisy teens who enjoy sitting outside at night or small children who want to go outside early in the a.m. this may not be a place for you. It’s a very quiet residential complex. The distance to the beaches was a little too far to walk with a toddler especially in the heat of the day and the pool water was too cold for wee ones or comfortable lounging for adults although the pool space was nicely furnished with lots of shade. However, we loved the beach at the Beach Club and having a pass so that parking was available is a real asset. There is a fun informal restaurant right on the beach so you can have lunch and take drinks back to the beach. This was our favourite beach in the entire area as it was relatively calm and snorkelling was exception on days the water was clear. (A couple days the water was a bit murky due to tidal action.) We also used the beach at the Fairmont Orchid which was equally close and absolutely perfect for toddlers as the water was completely calm due to reef protection in the bay. There was also ample parking available. (We were told by reception that we could use the guest parking, but I’m not sure if this is always the case.) All in all our vacation accommodation was a hit.

Tucked Away Relaxation
Everything was solid about our stay - relaxing on the lanai, early morning walks for coffee, beach club access, and even cooking a few meals for ourselves in the kitchen. For a first trip to the big island this was the perfect spot. Proximity to Waikoloa and Kona made it easy to get out and explore!

Great place
My family of 5 stayed here for a week. It is clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Nice garden views and it feels very private. The pool for the community is nearby and lovely. The condo is not very close to the beach (too far for us to walk in the heat of the day), although there is a gate card that allows you to drive and park in the beach club parking lot. Highly recommend.
