This ocean view and golf course front villa boasts incredible finishes and furnishings. You will enjoy four Bedroom Suites and four and a half bathrooms with all bedrooms featuring outdoor showers. Located in the heart of Mauna Lani Resort which features a private beach club at Makaiwa Bay and the newly renovated Mauna Lani Auberge Resort and Fairmont Orchid Hotels. The resort also features the 2 Francis I'I Brown Golf Courses and the Shops at Mauna Lani with tenants like Tommy Bahama's and Foodland Farms.

This custom home features a slate roof, cedar ship-lap siding and rock walls accentuate the exterior. The unique grass driveway, plentiful tropical plants and koi pond welcome you through the front portico. The large pocketing sliding door panels open to views of the Mauna Lani golf course with gorgeous sunset and ocean views. The Chef's kitchen includes Wolf gas appliances, Sub Zero refrigeration, Miele Coffee center and plenty of cabinetry and a large, walk in pantry. The 2 detached guest suites and 1 attached suite all have outdoor showers and views of the koi pond. The master suite overlooks the lagoon style pool, golf course and ocean through corner sliding doors. Don't miss the solid basalt tub with laminar flow, ceiling mounted, tub filler. The master sinks are solid blue cast glass "Wading Pool" by Kohler. All bathroom suites feature mahogany and mango custom vanities. The solid Basalt floors inside and out offer a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The Solar pool heater keeps water temps comfortable year round. The exterior features stacked stone, old world stucco, car lap siding, copper gutters and an authentic slate roof. Sonos sound system is available in all interior and exterior spaces.

There are 4 zoned air conditioning systems that provide efficient cooling of the separate areas. The Free form pond-like pool features a large spa and covered dining cabana for the ultimate in resort living. This custom estate provides the perfect high end vacation experience for those that appreciate luxurious fine finishes, quality furnishings and incredible ocean views.

Our guests have access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, including first come, first serve use of the chairs and cabanas.

It’s really that good!!!
Such a fabulous experience! The home is beautiful, well appointed, in a fantastic location, and has a great view. I cannot say enough about how fantastic the property managers were. From meeting us upon arrival and departure to finding us an amazing chef to cook dinner they were there every step of our vacation. Thank you for a fabulous 50th birthday location!

Pictures were accurate for the property but there was so much more to rave about! The view was peaceful and private and they had fabulous amenities even down to the mattresses and linen. Stacy ( the property mgr) was very helpful in making reservations for our party of 7 and provided us with helpful ideas on where to go for our daily adventures! The house had every type of bar glass we needed and we found a draw fil of games too! We’d love to return again!

Overall, stay went well. House is very close to the beach club area with in the Mauna Lani development, which has a great beach for swimming/snorkeling. House was as advertised on Vrbo. Check in and check out procedures were smooth. Overall, no issues.

We had a great time here! From the check in with Dean, the pool and spa, and of course the views made our whole trip magical. Dean was super helpful checking in with us each day to make sure we had everything we needed. There was a small problem on the first evening with the spa not heating up and they had someone there early the next to get it fixed. I highly recommend this home to everyone.

We had such a lovely time. All our needs were met and Dean was fantastic setting up excursions and reservations for us. Loved the indoor/outdoor living of this house. The pods are great if you need a bit of privacy. Everything was wonderful.

Fabulous Week!
This property was spot on for us! We had a family celebration and it was a great place for it. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Stacy (concierge/property manager) was there to welcome us and once she gave us the overview and tour of the home, we were off to a great start. Stacy made our stay seamless. She checked in with me every day and made dinner reservations for us that we thought would be impossible. She went above and beyond!! The home is spacious and is perfect for a family or a couples getaway. Everyone has their own space. There were a couple of maintenance issues but Stacy was always there to help! Overall, we would stay here again - it was great!

Spectacular Visit
We had an amazing time at this home. It was an absolutely perfect stay: cleanliness, design of the home, location, amenities including fitness club, and communication with Dean, the very helpful concierge. The pool is wonderful and fun, and the hot tub is perfect for an evening wind-down. Everything exceeded our expectations and this home would be the perfect vacation spot for even the most discerning traveler.

Perfect and even better than advertised
This is the first property we have ever stayed at that is even better than advertised - in every single respect. The house is beautiful. The location is excellent. We went to several beaches on the island and the beach at the beach club is by far the nicest and certainly the best for snorkelling! Stacey was so wonderful, attentive and kind. If it is possible to make a stay at this beautiful home better she accomplished that. From our tour of the house, to having it fully stocked with groceries to helping us find a day room on our last day … she always went above beyond. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Excellent property
We had a great stay and the house worked great for our family. The bedrooms do all have exterior entrances with the exception of one so may not be ideal for smaller children, but for our slightly older ones + mother in laws it was perfect. The house is still in good shape, although it is starting to show some signs of needing cosmetic work. Was very clean. The highlight was definitely the concierge that came with the property and helped us plan and coordinate our entire week on the big island + the views. Would recommend this property

Pictures often stretch the truth…here’s the exception. Simply stunning beautiful place and it’s surroundings. Every amenity you can think of and a few you didn’t. Wonderful manager Stacy and her team were attentive, totally helpful and available but never intrusive. Just a dream vacation.

Had a family reunion here with our adult children and their SO. Perfect layout for four couples. Plenty of shared space but each couple had their own private bathroom and pod. We cooked at home most nights; the kitchen and grill were well stocked. Had a pool party and watched the Warriors game on the huge outdoor TV! Enjoyed quality snorkeling at the local beaches including Beach 49, the Beach Club and Beach 69. Left some adult snorkel gear for future guests. Golf cart handy for errands at the nearby excellent Foodland Farms Market. Walked to the gym most days. The fitness center was well equipped and not very busy.

Amazing home!
This was an amazing property. We have stayed at many VRBO homes and this is definitely one of the best. Very clean and well appointed. Indoor/outdoor living at its best. We made good use of the pool and hot tub every day. On the fairway of the Mauna Lani South golf course. Easy access to the beach club, with plenty of beach chairs, snorkeling gear, towels and an umbrella. Golf cart was nice to use to transport everything to the beach. Stacy, our concierge, was amazing. There was excellent communication before the trip and she checked in with us every day to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely recommend for anyone going to the Big Island.

Dream vacation
I've had the great pleasure to stay at some of the finest hotels in the world. Although not a hotel, this property is now on that list. Every thing we could want in a vacation was provided for by the owners and the concierge. Spectacular design and amenities. We lived in the lap of luxury during our stay. We didn't want to leave.

We were family of 10 from 6 adults to 4 kids ( 2-8 yrs.) The floorplan allowed separate sleeping areas for everyone. The kitchen, interior living/dining areas along with the outdoor living space was amazing!!

Spectacular Vacation Home
This is an amazing property. The house is beautiful appointed with an indoor or all out door great room, an amazing pool and hot tub, and four bedrooms, each its own suite with tremendous privacy. The even comes with a golf cart to drive to the beach club. A fabulous place for my family of five (three teenagers and two adults). It was also spotlessly clean the kitchen had everything you could want to cook, bake, or grill. I highly recommend the house.

Epic Family Reunion
As they say, you get what you pay for. This home may be expensive, but worth every penny. We had 4 sibling couples getting together for a post Covid family reunion. The 4 King suites were perfect. Having them spread out made everyone feel like they had their own place. Home was very clean. Kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen of any VRBO we’ve ever been in. Outside grill was awesome. We spent most of our time in the pool or on the Lani enjoying the amazing views of the golf course, ocean and sunsets. Although we didn’t use it very much, it was nice to have access to a golf cart. Beautiful private beach was a short walk down the street. They have 4 boogie boards and snorkel equipment (mainly kids size masks) 6 beach chairs and and a beach umbrella. 4 bicycles. The Property Manager, Stacy, was amazingly responsive. She always alerted us in advance of any service people who needed to access the property to make sure it was convenient. Owners seemed very friendly and also were very quick to communicate when we had questions. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Home - One of my favortes.
This is THE BEST house for a family gathering. We stayed here for my son's graduation. Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic. Easy to take the golf cart to the Mauna Lani Beach Club or go for a beautiful morning walk to the fish ponds. The home is well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed lounging by the outdoor grill area, floating in the pool, and watching the sunsets. The landscaping is gorgeous, the layout of the home is great for privacy with the individual suites. Stacy (the property manager) was super nice, very responsive, helpful, and always available for any questions we had. The landscaping is gorgeous, and the neighborhood is quiet. The owners of the home were very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. We will absolutely be renting this home again. We loved it.

Incredible concierge service, great location!
We had a wonderful time at this property. House is exactly as advertised and looks just like the pictures. We have 3 children ages 5-10 and it was perfect having two kids share a room and my youngest stayed with our nanny because the kids were uncomfortable with the “pod” style of rooms at night. So just be aware that you do have to go outside to get to each room if you have younger kids. The best surprise was the level of concierge service we received from Stacy, the house manager. She helped organize a birthday dinner for my husband, purchased pool toys for my kids, made dinner reservations and anticipated our needs and rented us a second golf cart. She really made our stay so much easier. With her services, the value of this property is truly excellent. With a slight upgrade to linens and towels, I would pay quite a bit more than I was charged to stay in this home.
