ratty furniture in the room and a torn Up hassock- I would have thrown in the garbage. 2-3 lamps in room were broken- and just leaned against the walls so lamp shade would not fall off. Rust stains in bathtubs Very Good Breakfast ********** Staff quite pleasant parking lot over filled at night- no parking

Since I have a handicap (I use a mobility walker), a room's accessibility is very important to me. Of course, I reserved a room that said it was "handicap-accessible". In advance of staying at this property, I asked if the room had a grab-bar next to the toilet, and they assured me that it did. But when I arrived at the room, it had NO grab-bar next to the toilet. Furthermore, the toilet was not handicap-height. It was very low. The shower was also advertised as being handicap-accessible. Indeed, it did have a bath bench. But there was only one grab-bar in the shower/bath. And the floor of the bathtub was very slippery. Thus, I had a difficulty time maneuvering in the bathroom which was disappointing because I had made it a point to ask them several times before I stayed at the hotel.

Great Place to Stay

Our stay was great! The room was clean, it was quiet at night, and the staff was friendly, efficient and excellent. The only issue is are the rooms...they definitely need a makeover. The footstool in our room was in horrible condition and so was the headboard.

The ratings are from past stays at the Oshtemo Inn. We did not stay on July 18-20 because of a family crisis. The room was non-refundable. We tried to inform the Inn that we would not be arriving, but we could not find a way to let the Inn know. Unfortunately, I did not remember to take the registration number with me from Green Bay to Madison. The registration service would not help because we did not have the registration number. They gave us a number to call the Oshtemo Inn, but the number did not work. We tried to find a number for the Inn online, but each number told us to call the registration service who would not help us. We have stayed at the Oshtemo Inn for many years to attend family reunions close by. We are sorry that we could not let the Inn know that we would not be arriving. It's too bad that we could not find a way to contact the Inn.

Spent one night here while in town for a family memorial service. Hotel was quiet and no issues with noisy neighbors. Room was not very clean and bathtub had someone’s hair in it. There was also hair on the bath mat. Exercise room was fine. Did not eat at the buffet breakfast.

I stay at Hampton Inns frequently as I travel a lot. This was not what I expected from a Hampton. Run down and in need of repair. Curtains falling off the rail and can’t close them fully. Sofa cushions with large tears in them. No extra blanket for the hide a bed. Cheap pillows. Won’t stay here again.
