Kaanapali Luxury Vacation Rentals welcomes you to our beautiful upper level Luana Villa at the Honua Kai Resort.

Spend your days at your enclave’s private pool and hot-tub located amongst the luxurious Hawaiian gardens or take a very short stroll to the world famous Kaanapali beach, or aquatic playgrounds of the Honua Kai resort.  Experience world class dining, shopping and golf within minutes leaving your villa by visiting Whaler’s village and the Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses. 

This Upper Level villa will provide you with the privacy to relax in your lanai while enjoying the views of your garden enclave. The residence is fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation and a gourmet kitchen to prepare your favorite family meals.  The Lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and plenty of lounging and dining space for the entire family. The residence also includes a private garage and an ensuite full size washer and dryer.

Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children’s shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility, Duke’s beach house restaurant, and Whaler’s general store and Spa. Please note due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, resort amenities may be subject to change or closure.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);

Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.

Bed Split Fee:
$50 plus tax for the option to split the bed in the guest bedroom.

We have a collection of beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos in the Hokulani and Konea towers along with several gorgeous Luana Garden villas within the Honua Kai resort.

Resort has a NO PET policy.

Cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period may result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Please review the listing Terms and Conditions for more information. We highly recommend that all guests purchase a travel insurance policy. Cancelation policy is strictly enforced.

Fabulous property!
This property was perfect for our family, which included grandma and two little ones. Extended family stayed in an adjacent unit. Everything was clean and comfortable and so spacious! Property manager responded promptly to a small issue we had. The location is fabulous - in fact we rarely left the resort as the kids were content to go back and forth from the beach to the pool each day.

Awesome place
This is a great property, we loved the convenience to the beach, hotel and food trucks. We loved the outside deck and all bedrooms had so much space. What you see is what you get, definitely an impressive property and a place we will return to!

Exceeds expectations!
This Villa is an absolutely beautiful place to enjoy all that Maui offers! This was our 6th trip to Maui and we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, wonderful place to stay!! Much of our time was spent on the Lanai whether enjoying a light rain and rainbows or the sounds of the pool waterfall right below-was a perfect location! We will definitely be back!

Loved the villa, clean, comfortable for the most part and it was really nice having a pool right outside. My only knock is bedroom 3 is listed as a king bed and it was 2 twins pushed together. We had 3 couples and that bed obviously was not comfortable. So that was misleading. Also didnt like that they limit the A/C temp to 70 degrees. We paid a lot of money to be comfortable and for some 70 is not comfortable sleeping as well as sleeping on 2 pushed together twins.

Great Relaxing Stay
The family stayed here for five days. The location was perfect for a relaxing time. All the amenities of the larger property but also had access to the smaller pool where the family spent most of our time relaxing. The place was clean, and we loved the lanai! Would go again!

High quality, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The large terrace with sofas, a coffee table, dining table and outdoor kitchen was so enjoyable for breakfast, cocktails, reading and especially on the day it rained. The terrace was completely protected from the rain so we did not need to stay indoors. The private stairway from the terrace to the pool area was so convenient. Definitely the nicest property we have stayed at in the 6 times we have been to Maui.

There was 6 of us and the property was perfect. The location, the pool, the proximity to the beach, the ease to travel to other locations. It was an added benefit for each bedroom to have its own bath. We would definitely recommend this unit to all our friends and family. Hopefully we will return in the near future.

Beautiful 3 bed Family Condo
Our family loved this beautiful condo and its location. Second story unit with a lanai which we used each day. Quiet area with own pool and spa. Walk to the beach, Dukes restaurant and two small markets located in larger buildings on complex. The place was spotless and brand new. Only complaint was our end price was SO MUCH more than what we had thought. The day rate was fine however, when it's booked, cleaning fee of $600 plus other fees are exorbitant. We still had a fabulous time.

Incredible Accommodations
The villa was in beautiful condition, well stocked and clean. The floor plan worked perfectly for 5 adults and 3 kiddos under 2 1/2. The lanai was our favorite part as we spend a great deal of time eating and relaxing on it. Being so close to the villa shared pool was a bonus with the kids. The sound of the waterfall from below instantly relaxed us on the lanai. We highly recommend this property. Having access to the main resort as well as Duke's restaurant on the beach Is just magical.

Beautiful Suite!
We had an amazing time at the Luana Villas and will be back! The suite is beautiful and well stocked with everything that you could need. The shared, private pool was great. The suite is upstairs and having direct access to the pool from the deck is a smart design feature. This unit is also special because it has sun on the deck when most of the other units don’t. We went to the main pool at Honua Kai a few mornings so that the kids could ride the water slides before it got too busy. We had dinner at Duke’s, used the BBQ, ordered in from Doordash and also checked out the Food Truck park that’s about a 5 min walk from the villa. Times market was also close enough to walk to for groceries and drinks. We had a few tiny issues and I texted management and they replied instantly. Thanks for the great service and fabulous stay! Hawaii is the best ❤️

This condo is everything! Luxurious, spacious, tremendous… incredibly comfortable inside with terrific beds to rest after long, activity filled days walking to the beach, the pool, the hot tub, and eating poke plates from nearby local spots! Spectacular lanai overlooking the waterfalled pool with plenty of space for cooking, eating, and relaxing. Communication with host was quick and helpful.
