I have stayed here for over 15 years. I come back for a reason, however, it's in need of new beds, water sotner capabilities as its Fla and the water is hard. I love the staff, some have been there for many years. Based on the beds alone however, i think i will look elsewhere going forward. It's a shame really as I'm sure given the location, its always booked, so the funds should be there for upgrading.

Has Potential, but not living up to it
Disappointed in the care and management of this hotel. We were there for only two nights, but don't think we'd return. ALL the cleaning carts were lined up on the first floor hallway and stayed there ALL day. Never seen this before. Of our 3 rooms, the keyless entry failed on 2 of them and had to have several maintenance visits. The pool area needed to be cleaned, and the pool was not very clean. The location is actually good, but there are other hotels in the area.

Upon arrival room was not ready. There was a sign posted about 'NO WIFI" There were minor upgrades to hotel which help but they should remove carpeting from rooms. Breakfast was terrible. Will not return.
