• Please be aware this is a desert environment, there are critters in-and-out once in awhile
• Laundry & storage is located in the garage. Garage is a shared space. Housekeeping staff might access the garage during your stay. They will access the garage through the garage door and not through the private space of the house or backyard.
•Due to the strong wind in the area, the cowboy tub will not fill with water. Please inform us in advance if you need the additional service to fill the cowboy tub on the day of your arrival. (A $60 fee per tub refill).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The private backyard and the landscape are available for your exclusive use.

Brilliant home close to park

Huge and modern and space that we wanted to stay in for months. Thoughtful touches everywhere and really captured the feeling and isolation of Joshua Tree with comfort and style. Great backyard with jaccuzi and fireplace. So close to the park it was perfect. Thanks for having us!!!!
