The perfect getaway, for a small active family or a couple's fun leisure spot. The interior is newly renovated from the walls inward.

This home is conveniently nestled between the beach shore of Holland, Michigan (a 25-minute drive) and the bustling city of Grand Rapids (a 15-minute drive) also known as Beer City USA! The owner is not on-site, so enjoy the privacy and come and go as you please by using the keyless entry system.

A house is a perfect place to simply unwind after a long day of shopping, working, or visiting the exciting tourist towns nearby. Enter the home and immediately notice the brand new interior with thoughtful touches throughout. The entire home has all top-of-the-line appliances, decor, bedding, furniture, flooring, and paint. The laundry and kitchen are equipped with full-sized appliances, pots and pans, dishes, and anything you can need. The kitchen area has an open concept that leads to the living room with cable and a flat-screen tv down the hall, you’ll find 2 full-sized bedrooms and completely renovated bathrooms. The home is smoke-free and no pets are allowed.

The backyard property is situated on multiple lots with another renovated farmhouse, a retired cattle barn, and plenty of space in the back of the home for Barbequing with friends. The property is large and deep and works
well for smaller events too (with permission). It has a private driveway and sits adjacent to Georgetown Baseball fields with additional parking on site for water toys or small campers.

Georgetown Township is well known for its many beautiful
parks with walking trails (some paved), local farms, and is also one of the country’s hottest housing markets due to the centrality of nearby business cities (while still being in the suburbs). This home’s “middle of the road” location also offers a ton of possibilities for keeping busy in between Holland (the shore), AND Grand Rapids (the city) Michigan.
