Single level with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this home is perfectly suited for a family vacation. With two indoor living areas along with gathering spaces on the screened-porch and rooftop deck, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their vacation. Additionally, the bunk room is furnished with a seating area and gamesystem-ready smart TV to give parents a little peace at the end of the day
The kitchen is well-equipped, featuring a Kitchen-Aid gas range and large pantry for vacation supplies. Every queen bed is triple-sheeted for cleanliness with hotel-quality sheeting and the top cover changed for every guest. Twin bunks are also dressed with hotel-quality bed linens and a coverlet, all of which is freshly laundered for new guests.
The family room, all bedrooms, and the screened in porch are furnished with smart TVs and Xfinity cable. WiFi mesh coverage is excellent throughout the home making it work-friendly. A land-line phone is provided in case your cellular carrier’s coverage is not satisfactory on the island.
The outdoor space features a large roof-top deck with an ocean view and screened porch with a gathering area, dining table and smart TV with Xfinity cable. A patio shower makes it easy to rinse away a day at the beach. A gas grill is provided for your convenience.
On this stretch of the island, the beach is not available at high tide. For your convenience, a pass for the Jekyll Island Days Inn & Suites is provided. This pass grants access to the two pools on the property as well as parking for their beach access where the beach is available at high tide.
There is parking space at 10 Tyler for 3 cars - one space is covered. Please do not plan on parking more than 3 cars to avoid intrusion into the neighbor’s driveway. No parking on grass. No smoking, family pets, or emotional-support animals are permitted in this home.
