It was okay
The hotel was fairly clean on the surface, but our dog got under the bed and found a bottle cap, hair tie, m&m and a metal piece off something. Also for an accessible room the shower could not be used easily by a chair user without some kind of help as the sprayer was at the top of the rod and certainly could not get it to stay where you put it and sprayed water out onto the floor that then had to be cleaned up to prevent a fall.

Everything was great, except for the one thing that I was most excited for. The jetted tub, when we started using it black stuff started floating around from the Jets. So as anyone, I was grossed out and let the water out and started out again. This time even more black stuff came out and it was totally disgusting. So needless to say I didn’t get to use the tub like I wanted to. So that was very disappointing.

I called twice to make sure we could have an early check-in and was reassured every time that yes that was fine and not a problem and when we got there to check in, they said we could not which we were very upset about since we were there for a family party and could not change into our attire when we got there and had to do so in your bathroom!!!
