Everything was good except white foam in the swimming pool and no elevators worked the second night. We were on the 3rd floor and I am not able to climb stairs up or down easily.

staff was professional and courteous. pretty quiet and safe for a larger hotel chain in a semi busy area. breakfast was fine with a large eating area. hotel is pretty clean overall but it is a bit older so there are some blemishes. much better than others in the area. overall an 8

I was beyond pleased with the room and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Breakfast was great. Would stay again.

We had many issues with this property. The rooms were not quiet in the least. The people above us sounded like elephants stomping around until 1am. Plus the dogs barking. My husband is allergic to dogs and most hotels keep animals to 1 floorcif they allow them. Not here...they were everywhere. The maid walked in on my husband naked. This will be the last time we stay at a Hampton Inn. The best thing about the hotel was Tish, the gal that checked us in.

A/c vents dirty in both rooms we stayed in. Cleaned them myself. Told woman at front desk. Very receptive to info. Great stay otherwise! Would use again. Thank you
