We were turned away by the front desk. Our reservation was canceled due to our registered service dog. I will be placing a complaint with the US Justice department regarding discrimination and noncompliance of ADA!

Had to wait quite a while when trying to check in(30-40 minutes). No toilet paper available in room & looks like no one has dusted for quite a while. Does not meet Marriott standards. Pool was under construction and no mention of that when booking. Disappointed because that was the primary reason we chose to stay at your hotel so our great -grandchildren would have a nice pool area to swim with slides. PLEASE, take time to post that on your website so families can plan accordingly.

We received a call 3 days prior to our stay to inform us that the pool would be closed and asking if we wanted to keep our reservation. We appreciated the heads up. We had to reschedule our reservation to one day later due to our travel plans. Damian accommodated us with no problem. Our room was clean and updated. The only negative was the heat/ac unit sounded like a Mac truck coming through the room when it kicked on. When checking out, the room charge was higher than when we booked. Lorie looked up our reservation and realized it was due to the change from Thursday to Friday and weekend rates being higher. Because of the miscommunication, she generously gave us a refund and charged us the original rate.

The lobby had a very strong fragrance that was overwhelming all the way outside the doors and was not air conditioned so was overly warm. The room was very clean and comfortable and the pool was fun with a splash pad and waterslide.
