It could be improved, but it is acceptable. There are a few fast food restaurants nearby and a grocery store about 1 mile from the hotel. Breakfast was decent as well.

This hotel was conveniently located right off the highway. As soon as I got in the room I could tell I would be waking up with a sore throat and a headache. The must smell was terrible. In the bathroom there was some type of mold on the ceiling. Breakfast was semi-decent for a free hotel breakfast, but nothing great. When we were leaving the lobby smelled like urine.

Cockroaches, bedbugs…you name it, they have it!

Do not stay here. Please believe the recent reviews. Not sure how this place has managed to keep an 8.2/10 rating unless false-positive reviews are being left. The second we parked I felt unsafe. The inside smelled like must and our room was even worse. Toilet ran non-stop and made a long-lasting squeaking noise after flushing. Rust all over the shower (which we did not use) and stains all over the ceiling. Killed an earwig on the wall. Within two hours we also killed a cockroach and found a bed bug crawling in our sheets. We packed our bags and left immediately. Staff was nice, but when we told them about the bugs, they reacted as if this is a very normal occurrence and asked us if we wanted a different room instead of a refund.

Funky odor

I think the staff tries but this place is just old and tired and stinky. We stayed here last year and complained about the odor. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and stayed again; different room but same problem. The shower was pitiful. I expect more for $200.

Walked into bathroom and killed a roach. Place smells like a wet stinky dog. I was really tired so I checked bed for bugs and didn’t find any so stayed the nite. Breakfast was passable but I usually don’t expect a great meal. Would definitely not stop there again.

Try another place

Very dirty, homeless all around the parking lot with Undrivable vehicles all over lot packed full of belongings. Weekly rental bums all over doorway sitting asking for money and cigarettes. Air conditioner hardly worked, would start and stop every few minutes and kept us up all night. Very poor for the amount of money being charged

The property was very clean and comfortable. Not very luxurious but served our purpose very well for a 2 night stay while going to Chautauqua Institution. Parking was easy, breakfast was fine, and room was very quiet.

We stayed one night here. The hotel is okay. Beds were a bit lacking support. The room is out-dated. They don't have too many options for breakfast. As 2.5 star hotel, I'd certainly go to holiday inn express.

Sloooooowww drain

Biggest thing was the extremely slow draining bathtub drain - the pooling water had something floating around in it, could not wait to get out of the shower! Other than that the hallways could have used more attention as far as vacuuming.

It was the most dirty run down place we ever stayed at. We had to get management to tell someone to clean our room again and no water pressure to take a shower, and they had buckets all over the front lobby because the ceiling leaked. At breakfast we watched the front desk girls drop all the silverware on the floor then picked it up off the floor and put it in the container for everyone to use.
