My son and I decided last minute to stay in Jacksonville. We found this hotel on Expedia. It was a lot cleaner than I thought it would be for the price! Staff was friendly. Location was perfect. I would stay here again. No bells and whistles but that wasn’t needed.

Shannon at the front desk was so accommodating and sweet. She went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I were comfortable for our four night stay. Breakfast was great and the room was super cozy!

Our first room on the second floor was infested with cockroaches. After 2 nights, they moved us to first floor. Room didn’t have bugs. When we went for breakfast (at 7:30am) they were out of everything (yogurt, butter, cream cheese, milk). Frustratingly. Staff was very friendly. Beds and shower were GREAT! However, won’t stay here again.

I liked my room. It was a typical 2 -4 person room. I had plenty of room to put my clothes away, set up my laptop, and wash up. The only reason I gave some fours is because some of the bathroom fixtures felt a little dated and the breakfast area was limited on counter space (which affects flow). Also the breakfast area had a 90. That is border line. All the desk clerks were polite except one who only looked up if addressed. I didn't like that she was not acknowledging people or what they were doing. I came in one afternoon and saw a person going in a ground floor window, that was a bit disturbing.
