Beautiful old hotel, Pretty vintage rooms, excellent restaurant can eat inside or outside or on an upstairs balcony. A bar happy hour Monday through Thursdays. Great bartenders! Reasonable for a tourist town. On Friday and Saturdays they have a downstairs bar speakeasy style lounge they open up:)

this is a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The restaurant is delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect. The casino is minutes away (even though we didn't win).

Super cute hotel! Absolutely loved the location, was able to walk around and explore Sutter Creek with ease, very centrally located. There is not a ton of parking on the property, but a few blocks away there is a larger lot that allows for long term parking which we used. If you like wine, Bella Grace was a fun and laid back tasting room that's kid and pet friendly with the grounds outside. Shops and cafes are adorable, plenty to do, would love to go back!

Another wonderful stay!
This is our favorite place to stay in Amador County. The hotel is a gas, very old timey and well maintained. We made dinner reservations and the food and service and atmosphere were impeccable! Don't miss the cute underground bar below, you'll feel like you're in a speakeasy. Great cocktails. We love the location right on Main Street, plenty to do.

This place was amazing. You can see feel the history with a modern twist. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ate at the restaurant as we and the food was fantastic. We also loved the downstairs Copper. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely be back.

I can not recommend this property enough. We were there for only 1 night stayed in the standard queen and it was wonderful even though it was raining. Dinner at their restaurant was very delicious. Staff is unbelievable from front desk to the bars. Will be highly considering Hotel Sutter for my wedding.
