Our favorite Pearl/ Jackson hotel

We love this hotel. We stay once a year for competition. It's always clean andthe staff is always friendly. We just love it.

I did not like the fact that we had to change room three times due to experience and the room not clean nowhere to park so it's numerous a thing that when terrible the customer service was vague wasn't a dress trying to make us move into a room that was not completely clean the third time telling us to move into the room it's just the bed that had not been finished and I was asking why should I move in a room when the bed is not clean so that just made me totally uncomfortable

Booked a handicap room with a walk in shower. Only have tubs with grab bars installed. Manager did refund money but had to scramble to find a room with true disability made bathroom. Hotel lobby was dirty and paint peeling off the walls.

Good overnight stay

Hotel was in a good area, close to everything! Food and shopping. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Pretty clean and comfortable beds. The only complaint is the parking lot is kinda awkward and no awning to pull under. It was starting to rain when I arrived.

Found cameras around the room. Other than that facility was clean and well kept. They have credit cards for any damage done to room, so there is no need to invade privacy with the hidden cameras

I arrived at the time to check in. The particular room I reserved wasn’t ready. The customer stated it would be an additional 25mins or so. She also stated she would call me when the room was ready. Wasn’t very friendly.& I never received a call. We had driven 3hrs to celebrate a birthday so we went across to family dollar and someone else hotel to change clothes. Arrived back at 9pm to finally check in.

Could be very nice with a few upgrades/repairs and detail to cleanliness. Toilet runs and some room condition issues that should be hard to repair/update. Spots on beadspreads

As soon as I walked in my room, I noticed the floor in the bathroom was wet. Apparently, the room was mopped right before I checked in. Staff should have cleaned the room earlier or let me check into a room that was already cleaned. The room smelled like someone had been cooking in the kitchen. The property itself is older.

No complimentary Breakfast, No cleaning. Front Desk no personality. Doesn't compare to our Candlewood properties I've stayed at . Parking limited and lot small.
