Great stay. All staff were helpful and very friendly. For some reason we had an ADA room. The shower was zero entry and flooded the bathroom every time we used it. It also needed some maintenance/updating. Other than that we were very pleased and would definitely return. Thank you!

We particularly enjoyed the breakfast area. Several members of our extended family were able to have breakfast together without disturbing other guests because tables could be reconfigured easily.

We have been staying here whenever we go to Ithaca over the past few years because it is comfortable, clean, quiet, and convenient, and they had great breakfasts. Unfortunately, this time the quality and variety of the food items has deteriorated. I hope they resume the great quality and variety next time we go back.

Bad service for airport shuttle bus
I was attracted by the "airport shuttle bus" service, so I booked a room, but when I requested this service at check-in, I was told that they did not know if there was a driver available, and in the end I could not find one. I also requested a cab reservation at the same time, but the cab had not arrived either, leaving me with no way to get to the airport at all. If the reservation for the shuttle bus service is separate from the stay and needs to be made in advance, that instruction needs to be more clear.
