Featuring two bedrooms, two private baths, and four queen beds, 15 Lagoon Villa offers a relaxing getaway with stylish coastal furnishings and many new additions.

Location is everything, and this lovely villa is perfectly located in the heart of Wild Dunes. A five-minute walk in any direction will lead your family to the sea, bike shop, the Harbor golf course, spa, five restaurants (seasonal), playground, basketball, and an excellent ice cream shop (seasonal).

When it is time to retire for the evening, relax by enjoying the views from one of two decks, where you overlook the Lagoon Villa swimming pool and beautiful green space. 15 Lagoon Villa features two bedrooms, each with two queen beds and a private bath, making it a perfect destination for a golf foursome or a family, where everyone needs room to stretch out. The living room and kitchen are located between the two bedrooms. The living room is highlighted by large picture windows, comfortable seating, wood flooring softened with area rugs and a large flat screen television. The kitchen has many upgrades including granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

The Lagoon Villa community features a private swimming pool for its guests and residents, which is located just across the green space at 15 Lagoon Villa. Wild Dunes offers miles of private bike trails, six restaurants, a spa, shopping, an ice cream shop, a kids’ playground and two golf courses including the well-known Wild Dunes Links Golf Course that finishes along the Atlantic.

Wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was wonderful. Plenty of room & very clean. Nice short walk to the beach. The only thing that I wish would’ve been included would be how to access the beach. But after a short walk & exploration, we found it. Other than that it was an amazing place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

All Instructions for property were clearly stated. Beautiful gated community with security present. Villa was better than advertised. Very inviting tastefully decorated open floor plan. The property was clean and had all the comforts of home including washer & dryer in unit. The grounds are well maintained. The Villa is located steps from pool and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Very relaxing & peaceful. Will be coming back next year.

Cold showers and thin walls

Hot water in shower only lasted about 10 minutes…then showers went ice cold! Also, the beds were hard, and I could hear the neighbors above us starting at 5 am Sunday morning. It seemed like young children running around in circles. While the rental was nice, these intangibles are so important and resulted in a very low rating. I will never rent this property again!

Wild Dunes Resort

We had an amazing time on the Isle of Palms/Charleston. There was so much to see and do. Our villa was so nicely cleaned and was up to our expectations. There was one hiccup with pool but we were notified right away and it was taken care of quickly and notified . Thank you to Vrbo and all parties involved for making our family vacation so enjoyable

The place was peaceful until folks arrived upstairs. They woke us when they arrived late at night.

Nice location and very clean just not very sound proof from neighbors above. I took one star off for this reason.

Beautiful place but

Owners decorated unit very tastefully. Many issues from checkin: ice maker didn't work. 1 guest bathroom had ripped plastic shower curtains, hairs in tub and on walls, other bathroom sink hot water was extremely slow to warm, next day we had dryer not drying and miscommunication with Co and recd no ice, next day we were locked out of programmed battery operated door, had to request key, also both sliders very tough to open, and dryer was still very slow to dry even after maintenance came. And lastly the ac unit in one of the bedroom when turned on to cool, was extremely loud. Management responded, but many issues remained. Received a very small refund, but should have been more.

Nice and clean

The condo was very clean. The only complaints I have is that there was not an available closet in one of the bedrooms to hang clothes up, as the door was locked for the owners personal belongings. And one of the beds sank in a little bit and was super squeeky. I think it is about time to replace that mattress. The other bed, which was in the same room, was comfortable.

Construction noise

The villa was nice. However, there was major construction going on in the villa above us, and it was ridiculously noisy from 7am-5pm. Woke us up every day and sounded like they were trying to break down the walls. They also refused to do anything about it.

Quick family getaway

Had a great time at Wild Dunes! This property was closely located to the Pavilion and a short walk to the beach. The unit was very clean, kitchen well stocked and a good setup for families with kids.

Great Villa for a girls weekend!

Every year my group of girls go on a trip. We came to Charleston. What a wonderful experience that was made even better by our accommodations. The condo was pristine! The furnishings were just like home. Was surprised that there were plenty of trash bags and extra supplies for cleaning up. Most of the condos we stay in we have to bring all the extras. I will be recommending and staying here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Excellent location and villa is exactly as described.

This property is just perfect for families. You are right across the street of the beach access and it’s a lovely 5 min walk down to the sand. The house is perfect, comfortable, and fully stocked with all the kitchen tools and dishes you’ll need. Two master bedrooms with bathrooms and a great room and kitchen in the middle. Will absolutely come again!! Beachside Vaca was very easy to work with as well. All in all, a fabulous getaway and highly recommend. 5 stars.

Lagoon villas

I will admit that when reviewing the resort (Wild Dunes) I saw a lot of negative reviews on Trip Advisory and such BUT I threw caution to the wind took a chance on the Lagoon Villa listed on VRBO. My family stayed in unit 15 and had a fabulous stay, sure there was construction but it didn’t bother us for one bit. Everything was as described and well looked after by the Beachside Vacations company, big thanks to Alex at the company for answering all of my questions up. Would definitely recommend this unit and the Wild Dubes to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.
