Beautifully renovated dog friendly home located on a quiet street just steps from the beach, with direct access through deeded easement in the backyard which leads straight to 39th avenue. It features an open floor plan, new hardwood floors throughout, and a small peek of the ocean from the renovated sunroom.

The kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated. The kitchen with quartzite countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and tile backsplash. There is a large private fenced-in backyard with mature live oaks perfect for your furry family members. Underneath the house you will find a patio perfect for entertaining outside with a gas grill, and outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

A dining room off the kitchen seats 4, with additional seating for 2 at Kitchen Island. The sunroom also has a dining table with seating for 6.
The renovated sunroom is a four season room with heat and ac, as well as floor to ceiling vertical sliding windows that slide all the way down on the cooler days when you want to catch an ocean breeze.

Linens and WIFI are included. Dog Friendly ($200 non refundable pet fee), NO SMOKING.

Christmas family time
The property was wonderful! The kitchen was well equipped, clean and updated. Fenced in back yard and quick access to the beach was a plus. We loved the extra room in the sunroom. A quiet space to read, do puzzles and play games away from the TV.

IOP Family reunion
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect with plenty of room to spread out but be together. Our dogs loved the ability to play in the yard. The proximity to the beach was a bonus. We enjoyed every minute!

The house was perfect for our beach trip! Easy 20 minute drive to Charleston and 5 minute walk to beach. Fully stocked with utensils and cookware even though we ate out most nights! The pups loved the big back yard to run and play. We had a great time here!

IOP Thanksgiving
Our family meets every year for the week of Thanksgiving at IOP. The location was great, particularly the direct access to the beach. Many areas of the house were updated. Great kitchen with a lot of counter space which was great when we prepared Thanksgiving dinner. Bedrooms were good size. Bathrooms were great. The only negatives were: 1) the barbecue grill did not work. The temperature on the grill never got above 200 degrees. 2) the linens and towels need to be updated.

Convenient ISLE OF Palms location
We had 8 women staying here and it served our purpose well to be near Seacoast church and Mt Pleasant restaurants and shops. The beds were ok, not great. No one liked the trundle so someone slept on the sofa bed that we couldn’t find sheets for. Kitchen and bathrooms were fine. We’ll consider this place again if we return next year. Thanks.

Bureaucracy
Dealing with Island Realty was a bureaucratic slog. They try and use automated technology, but it just pushes more work onto the renter. I continue to get nagging e-mails that I sign the rental contract even though (a) I signed it, and (b) I've completed my stay. Plus, their check in process maximizes their convenience, not yours. Still, the price is good. And if you don't mind bureaucracy as well as a short trek to the beach, it is a good property for what you pay.
