Fantastic Location with ocean views and a few houses down from the beach. Spacious 5 bedroom home complete with new furnishings and coastal charm. Large kitchen with new quartz counters and subway tile back splash. Separate breakfast area with seating and dining table located just off the kitchen. Comfortable and spacious living room with two large sofas and large 65in LCD tv.

The first floor offers 4 bedrooms including a primary suite. There is a wonderful kids bunk room with wall mounted Roku tv. The second guest room features two queen beds and wall mounted cable tv. Guest room 3 has queen size bed and a cable tv. The primary suite is relaxing with a king size bed, lots of windows, large LCD cable tv and ensuite bath. The second floor can be accessed by the elevator or exterior spiral staircase. This upstairs mother-in-law suite has a queen bed, private bath, and cable TV. There is a bar, sink, refrigerator and small sofa. Views to the Atlantic are plentiful from the balcony. Great spot for the teenagers in the family.

Outdoor dining is plentiful with a full sized dining table in the spacious screened porch and another table with umbrella on the deck off the living room. Enjoy meals cooked on the BBQ grill. This home is located in a great location on a quieter end of the Isle of Palms, with no streets to cross to get to the beach access. The beach is just a short 2 minute walk. Great house for those memorable family vacations!

NOTE: All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward VayK Life to rent beach chairs, bikes, etc. Elevator equipped with service from garage to 2nd floor, but is a residential elevator and not ADA compliant. Non smoking. Fireplace not available for guest use. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
