Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, guests can enjoy swimming at the outdoor Fairway Dunes community pool (open April-September 30 from 8am-sundown) or play tennis on the Fairway Dunes community tennis/pickleball courts. Features include: Updated flooring and furnishings throughout, Bonus Sunroom w/ TV, balcony & deck overlooking lagoon and golf course. The sunroom is bright and perfect for a quiet space to read or a wonderful place for the children to play and watch TV. The kitchen, dining and living area provide an open floor plan, and decorated with a luxury Coastal feel. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the condo offers two interior dining spaces, along with an outdoor high-top table on the deck. Upstairs, you will find 3 large bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The master bedroom boasts its own balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Downstairs you have a laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside near the front entry, there is an outdoor shower (not enclosed), which allows you to rinse the beach sand, or cool off after playing tennis at the community tennis court or sunbathing at the community pool. The pool and the tennis court are only a few steps from the Villa (can be viewed from King guest bedroom balcony). The setting for this Villa is so peaceful, that you won't want to leave!
