**Summerhouse Renovation Project:**
This property is located in Building 1, but please be aware that Summerhouse Building 2 will be undergoing renovations beginning September 9th, 2024. The work is tentatively expected to be completed by June 1st, 2025. During this time, there will be active construction onsite which means there may be construction vehicles and crews, noise and limited parking. Please note, because of this, rental rates have been substantially reduced in this unit. If you have any questions about the extent of the construction, please give our local office a call before booking!

Access to 402 Summer House is easy with an elevator just steps away from the condominium.

The interior of 402 Summer House is comfortable and provides a relaxing atmosphere for your entire family. The newly renovated kitchen, dining area, and living room are open and offer oceanfront views from almost every vantage point. A large flat screen television is featured in the living room. The dining area provides seating for eight. A spacious oceanfront deck provides unbelievable oceanfront views! Each bedroom features a private bath with two master suites; each highlighted with a king bed. Two guest rooms each feature a single queen bed. The living area features a new sleeper sofa that has a gel memory foam mattress. Summer House 402 features both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Pool heating is not available.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
