Make your next vacation to the Isle of Palms 113 Seascape with a stay in this lovely two-bedroom condominium in the beautiful Seascape Condominium complex. Unique only to 113 Seascape features a spacious outdoor living area with breathtaking ocean views. Shaped like a shallow “V”, 113 Seascape is close to the end providing some of the best views of the beach, ocean, and private community swimming pool. The outdoor living area is gorgeous and features a sofa, chairs, and seating for four at the high-top table. When it is time to hit the beach, access is easy from 113 Seascape by either the elevator or a flight of stairs just a few feet away.

113 Seascape is a smartly designed single-story condominium and features many upscale furnishings and a stylish décor. The living room, dining area, and kitchen all offer oceanfront views. The living area has several new furnishings including a flat panel television and custom sound system with speakers throughout the home. The kitchen has been completely renovated with new appliances, cabinetry, and granite countertops. In addition to the kitchen both the guest bathroom and master bathroom have been renovated and feature beautiful tile work, granite surfaces, and a new whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. The guest bathroom features a large modern shower. When it is time to turn in after a fantastic day at the beach, the master bedroom of 113 Seascape features a King bed with direct access to the oceanfront deck. The guest bedroom of 113 Seascape is for the second couple or the kids. Featuring a queen bed, twin bed and sleeper sofa the guest bedroom has some different options.

Nice location, many issues
Location had potential, however was disappointed with amenities and misrepresented accommodations. There was ongoing construction with scaffolding which completely obscured our ocean view on the balcony and windows. Construction workers began at 7:30 AM, including Saturday. Additionally, was advertised with second bedroom as queen, twin, and full-sized pull out couch. In reality, was actually a full size bed (not queen), a twin, and a love seat pull out (without linens). Concerningly, there was no internal lock on the main door, dead bolt or otherwise, to provide additional security against any potential unwarranted access. This made comfortable accommodations for our family of five adults difficult. Management did respond with linens the next day after contact. Construction and sleeping accommodations were not addressed.

Winter at Wild Dunes
Seascape is our favorite property in Wild Dunes. On arrival we discovered scaffolding around the entire building due to major construction. Scaffolding interfered with our view out the windows. Fortunately no actual work was being done u til the morning we left. Aside from this, the particular unit we were in was clean and as described. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of cookware, cutlery, and table service. One aspect that was unclear was directions for taking out trash and what to do with linens. We were happy to see the dunes reestablished and the wide beach.

Condominium Review
The unit was as advertised. The resort and grounds were horrible. Construction was underway on a major portion of the resort. The grounds were in horrible shape. The pool was closed (and that is where we spend most of our time). There was dirt from the construction all over the complex (including covering our car) The noise from the construction was very annoying. The worst part is that none of this was communicated to us ahead of time. An owner we met let us know that the construction had been going on for some time and was not scheduled to complete until next year. We feel we have been taken advantage of - we certainly would have stayed elsewhere if we knew about all the construction work. Overall, our experience was very bad. We certainly feel some type of refund is in order. Regards.

Wonderful condo!
Loved our time at Seascape! The condo was beautiful & so comfortable! Perfect for our family of 4. Construction was going on while we were there which was a bummer when trying to sit out on the patio to relax, but that won’t last forever. Access to the beach was super easy & having the beach gear rental credit was nice. We were flying in so brining our own beach gear wasn’t an option. Only recommendation I’d make would be to have a broom in the unit to help keep sand swept up. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We made some wonderful memories!

Beautiful condo, crummy stay
While the condo is lovely, we were told construction of the villas would be done by the time we rented. It wasn’t by a long shot. We were moved to a different condo about 3 weeks before our arrival. I brought a friend who has a disability, no handicapped parking as it was all taken up by bikes, etc. The only way to get to the beach required stairs. There was no way to get sand off other than dipping in the pool. The pool remained dirty with sand and debris the last three days of our stay. While most renters are there for the beach, because of all the construction, it was difficult for us to actually get to the beach and the pool is too small for the amount of condos. Construction noise was awful. The trash bins were always full. Again, the condo was lovely and appointed well but everything else was such a hassle that we will likely not be back.

This is a very pleasant place with a great balcony and views. The promise of $250 in beach gear was deceptive: this owner doesn't seem to allow for bike rentals, just chairs and umbrellas, and when I tried to rent a bike separately myself with VaykGear, I was told that wasn't possible since they have a $125 minimum. Otherwise a good stay.

Everything about the condo was as advertised. The place had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was awesome to have coffee to every morning. Worth noting, the cell reception at the condo complex was non-existent but the WiFi was strong. This is important to know if you need to make calls while away. Having the relatively easy access for a trip to Charleston is a great perk to the location overall.

Good but needs improvement
Hot water heater is inadequate if one wants to use Jacuzzi. After filling up tub, had black items filter into water. The Jacuzzi starter shot into tub and maintenance repaired that. Master bath Shower head leaks and should repair. Experienced multiple water leaks from upstairs condo into unit in dining area, master closet and over Jacuzzi tub. Put out pans to collect water. Only one elevator worked so slow to get upstairs. Lock on door was engaged and we were locked out while loading vehicle prior to 10:00 AM. Had to get new door code to finish vacating unit Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and beach was easily accessible View was great. We could hear ocean waves from deck. Pool is not heated but can use another one.

Fabulous Time
We stayed for a week. Our daughter and a friend stayed for four of the nights. We all enjoyed walking on the beach collecting shells, golfing and the nearby restaurants. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. We especially enjoyed evenings on the balcony listening to the waves while we visited. Had a couple of very small glitches and the management company was extremely responsive and took care of the issues in a timely manner. The only thing I wish I’d know was that AT&T seems to be the only phone network that gets a signal, so be prepared to depend on Wi-Fi and texts. This made contacting our office a bit of a challenge as we were working a bit from our vacation.

This property was very comfortable. It had a good view of the ocean, it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely rent this unit again. My only issue was that there was some construction in the complex directly under the unit which was loud and started early. I complained to the manager and did not hear the construction for the rest of the week.

We booked this Condo in January and we were super excited to visit come July. A week prior to coming, we get an email stating that we would not be able to use the patio due to repairs of the Condo. Considering we booked this condo bc of the Beachfront view /enormous patio and now we would not be able to access it at all during our stay, was very disappointing. We went ahead and vacationed after all, but the workers we disrupting and the craine was in the view the latter part of the week. It would of been nice if the property manger could of informed us sooner than they did of this mess. They did, though, give us 35% of my rental back after we returned home. The Condo was nice and very clean and if the construction was not going on, it would of been a more pleasant vacation. BUT, we did not have an enjoyable one being in the home with the noise and view of the crane..

Nice place. Terrible property management.
Very nice unit, just extremely disappointed not being able to use our balcony after 2 days. Property management Locked us in without any notice therefore we were not able to access our balcony. Supposed structure deficiency that they never even worked on anyway. We were compensated but it was not handled properly at all.
